Overall the hotel is Very nice but will not come back here because of the Creepy encounter I had during my stay

GGuest UserThe room is big with 2 beds. Has strong wifi, no hot shower thou. And the free breakfast food is nice and newly cooked.There is a tv but its only good for white noise and is basically useless

Cching13The place is tidy and there is a 24 hour security guard. I love the location since it's the heart of the down with easy access to the mall and 7 eleven. There was no meal for lunch and dinner served however , they overed free breakfast. Hot & lukewarm water is free in the dining area. The price is just good enough for the offered service and amenities

TTom&JeryNot as expected☺️ I ordered the food for the next morning, they said they didn't cook. When I woke up and ordered the food around 10am they said ordering is already closed when in their ads it says breakfast is from 8am-11am. Imagine how hungry I am because I arrived at almost 12 midnight. I didn't have food to eat. Also there was no mirror in the room to look at yourself. I just used my phone then😅Also there was no water in the morning so I left the room didn't took a bath. When the water came, it was so dirty that when I flushed the water the color was brownish. But I salute the receptionist in the evening for letting me borrow her charger and to the madam who let the electric fan faced me to feel cool while waiting for my grab taxi😍

It had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was close by. We would definitely stay here again!

HHavana LibreThey gave me a room without hot shower. I asked them to change it to one with hot shower. They kindly accept my request. The room was old and some facilities doesn't work properly. For example, toilet doesn't flush, shower drain is clogged. Staff was kind and supportive.

GGuest UserWhen I checked in, it was said to be a buffet breakfast, but it turned out to be one for each person. The swimming pool was pretty good and there was a special section for children. The restaurant provided local food at a reasonable price. The room was quite clean, but the furniture was a bit old. There was free drinking water in the corridor, so you have to bring your own cup. Tools, choose a hotel with a swimming pool, this is a good choice
