Cagayan De Oro Hotels with Breakfast

Good budget hotel at the heart of CDO. Staff are friendly and the room is ok for me. The water may need checking as sometimes the water in the shower is murky.

Lim Ket Kai Luxe has been my go-to hotel in Cagayan de Oro. Mainly because there are very few choices. Rooms are clean and spacious, the breakfast buffet has enough selections and variety. It is most ideal because of its location. Accessible to all sorts of transportation (public, TNVS, etc), while it is geographically far from the Laguindingan Airport, the airport shuttle service terminal is located strategically at the Lim Ket Kai Mall nearby. A big plus for those who plan to commute to and from the airport. The hotel also has a decent swimming pool and fitness and wellness center (although I didn't get to visit and use this trip).

You got what you pay for. It's okay for a couple of days to stay. The staff are great and the location is even better

Hotel is between CDOs shopping malls and many eateries around this hotel which is very good, the Staff service is Superb! however some of its corridors and the room itself feels creepy. Overall the hotel is Very nice but will not come back here because of the Creepy encounter I had during my stay

The condotel itself is nice, and the location is very convenient. It’s in a busy area with lots of food options and establishments nearby, so there’s no shortage of places to eat. However, there are a few downsides. The hotel is right beside the highway, so it can be really noisy, especially at night. We woke up several times because of the loud motorcycles passing by. If you’re a light sleeper, this is definitely something to consider. For the breakfast, I had read in a prior booking review that they only provide breakfast from Jollibee, which is why we didn’t get a breakfast inclusion when we booked. I also asked the reception directly during our stay if they offer breakfast, and they confirmed that they do not have their own breakfast service and that breakfast is sourced from Jollibee. The housekeeping staff was also not very friendly. Whenever we asked for something, they seemed annoyed, and they didn’t really smile or show much warmth when interacting with guests. This was one area where we felt the service could definitely be improved. On the other hand, the reception staff and manager were accommodating. They were willing to help whenever we asked for suggestions, especially regarding transportation and places to visit. Overall, the condotel itself and the location are good, but the road noise and our experience with some of the housekeeping staff affected our stay. With better soundproofing and more welcoming housekeeping service, the overall experience could be much better.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The room was spacious, and the amenities provided were sufficient for a pleasant stay. The location was also convenient, making it easy to access nearby areas. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

The Location is great it is in the heart of the city near to Banks & restaurants but room is old and the aircon is not so cold

The hot and cold shower was not working. They refused to give us complementary water during our second day even though we told them that we would not be availing the free breakfast because of our early flight.

The hot water supply of the hotel is sometimes absent. I stayed here for four days and I have not been able to connect to WiFi, but the front desk staff and the security at the door are very polite and will say hello to us every time I enter and exit, and there is no disposable items in the room.
