"The front desk staff of the hotel was very warm and polite. They also presented gifts on the day of check-in. I was very surprised. The location of the hotel is also very good. It is very close to the supermarket. It takes a few minutes to walk to the central square. The room has heating and is very warm and clean. Everything is fine. It is worth staying."

DDannykoayThe hotel is nestled in the mountains. Our room featured a small balcony with a lovely view. The scenery from the breakfast area was absolutely stunning. For breakfast, they provided some bread and coffee. The owner was also very hospitable.

DDannykoayIt is very close to the city center and there is a large park next to it. The breakfast restaurant has a beautiful view and the waiters are very enthusiastic and diligent. This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. But the bed is a bit small.

DDannykoayThe hotel is located next to a new and modern shopping mall, in the city center. The owner's service is very good. The luggage is stored in the hotel, and the owner will take the initiative to call and ask when to pick it up.

GGuest UserLevel 1 room 2 facing toilet with benches outside. Could hear the conversation of people sitting on bench. Very noisy.
Door cannot lock properly. No repair done through we stayed for 3 nights.
At 6am, the rubbish truck will come n it is very noisy.
Counter staff not at desk when we left at 710am.
No tissue or bottled water provided in the room.

Lovely hotel - nice, helpful staff; cozy room with great view; 100/10 location, within walking distance to Council Square, Black Church, Castle on the hill (and pretty much everything); pretty view from the balcony; decent breakfast buffet with may different foods; the only slight issue is that the bathtub leaks when you shower to the floor will be wet
