"The hotel is a 10/10 for the price (I don't think you'll find a better one on the island for this price).
Conveniently located (in the center of the island, in the middle of the local Walking Street), with a 7/11 nearby and all beaches within walking distance.
The room was clean and serviced daily. The hotel is quiet, with zero noise pollution.
The main advantages include the included breakfasts (they're incredibly delicious and filling, and each guest has a choice of meal), as well as a 20% discount coupon for lunch and dinner at the hotel cafe. Complimentary coffee, tea, and water are also available to hotel guests at all times.
A huge thank you to the staff: super friendly and helpful, and they speak excellent English.
We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Koh Lipe. 🤍"

Some breakfast buffet items change daily, but always include eggs, toast, pancakes, sausage, cereals, roti, vegetables and salad, fruit, rice porridge, juice, tea and real espresso and steamed milk. We enjoyed our stay!"

AAnonymous UserVery nice charming small resort with few bungalows. It was my 2nd time at Koh Lipe. Tried different hotels. I’ve booked a garden villa at Bulow Casa. One of the best location on the island, very peaceful, just next to the Zodiac bar which is the spot for sunset. The villas are very comfortable and spacious. I liked the decoration. Free Tuk Tuk until 6 pm and the staff is very kind. However, the service of the restaurant is not at the level we expect for this price. Compared to some other hotels, the reactivity is quite slow… Needed to wait long time for our orders and that, several times. And it wasn’t the peak season yet… wondering how they will manage with a full capacity of the hotel. So I think it needs some little improvements… I’ve not been impressed by the food as well. Good breakfast though. we finished to take our dinner in some other restaurants located more south of the sunrise beach.

Located in a fantastic spot on Sunrise Beach, the hotel offers free snorkeling equipment, the staff are friendly and helpful, there's a fine restaurant to the right, and canoe rentals to the left. It's a 15-minute walk to the bustling area! Facing Wuxin Island, the hotel is right on the beach, offering privacy and tranquility, especially beautiful at sunrise! However, the surrounding houses are built along a wooden boardwalk on a steep slope, and since we stayed at the top, climbing up and down was a bit tiring, but the staff were very attentive to our needs! Breakfast was decent, served à la carte.

Speaking of nature, the surrounding beauty of Koh Lipe is simply breathtaking. Pristine white sand beaches, crystal-clear turquoise waters, and vibrant marine life make this island paradise a true haven for nature enthusiasts. Now, let's talk about the food! The culinary delights at Irene Resort were nothing short of exceptional. The diverse menu offered a wide range of delectable dishes that catered to every palate. Each meal was meticulously prepared with fresh ingredients and presented beautifully. We savored every bite and were left impressed by the skilled chefs who clearly took pride in their craft.
Although our vacation was filled with joy and memorable moments, I must mention the only downside we encountered. The lack of sufficient lighting outside at night posed a safety hazard, as my wife unfortunately tripped and hurt her ankle. However, it is worth noting that the resort staff responded swiftly and provided immediate assistance, ensuring she received the necessary care. While this incident was unfortunate, it did not overshadow the overall fantastic experience we had at Irene Resort.
In conclusion, our vacation at Irene Resort in Koh Lipe was an extraordinary experience. The impeccable service, delectable cuisine, and the island's natural beauty left us with lasting memories. GGuest UserFantastic resort, beautiful gardens and large swimming pool (nearly always quiet in 1st week December). Just a short walk down hill/steps to beach. A short walk to north end of sunrise beach to where zodiac bar is. Breakfast is very varied and very good quality. One downside is only one coffee machine which isn’t enough to serve guests so always a long queue. We had grand garden villa which were so big. Massive terrace/balcony too but no furniture so just a big wasted space - 2 loungers would be great if the resort could add in the future. Would definitely stay again for a third visit to Lipe

Ananya's location is fantastic, right on Pattaya Beach and next to Walking Street. The rooms are spacious with high-end amenities, and there's even a small pool on the balcony which is occasionally lovely to dip into. The best part is it's not much more expensive than a standard room. The breakfast tastes good, especially the free Thai iced tea, which is delicious – I ordered three cups every day!

Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. Dining at the Season Restaurant is a must-try—such a scenic spot, and the pasta was amazing.
The hotel also has a private beach with a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. It really gave me the chance to fully rest and recharge.
If you’re looking for a place to stay in Lipe, I highly recommend this hotel. Totally worth it, genuinely impressed! Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making my stay so memorable.

1) the wifi is really bad and unstable, almost non-existence throughout our stays.
2) the lighting is poor in both the bathroom and living area, especially at washbasin. The whole room only has 2 light switches!! Could add more lights for the comfort of users.
3) the hot water shower is not working well, hardly any hot water.
4) both the washbasin and shower drainage are clogged badly.
Overall San Pita is way over-priced - not up to the standard of Thai hospitality and values expected.
5) the breakfast served is so simple and ordinary, no variety and the same for the 3 days we stayed. So un-Thai!!

GGuest UserWe have early check out and the day before asked them to get ready the breakfast at 7.30 ( as breakfast start usually at 7.30) as we need to go to boat at 8.15. But the stuff decide to come and start to work at 7.35. So our breakfast was dani at almost 8.00. But the most understandable for us was their attention only to Thai people, one day we saw they have breakfast at 7.00!!!!!
