MMo-BettyWe came during the Christmas Eve, Christmas Day weekend to visit family in the area. The hotel is clean and located just off the freeway which makes it easy to access. We liked that the breakfast was made complimentary since there is less staff to allow their workers to take the holiday off. It was a nice stay and would be back again

GGuest UserThe room is very large, clean and clean, the front desk service is very warm, the front desk has free coffee and lemonade to drink, the surrounding is also very close to the mall, you can go to see a movie after doing things, very good, stay here next time!

SSteeleAshley at the front desk was very nice and it was a speedy check in. The hotel is very clean throughout and the room was VERY nice. It was literally like a studio apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Modern look and feel and the ac felt good. We will definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserI loved this hotel it’s in a great location in Arizona I felt safe with my kids the rooms and hotel are very nice and clean I have no complaints to be honest I booked here twice and if I’m ever in Phoenix again I’ll probably rebook this hotel I think the only thing it’s missing is a microwave

GGuest UserThe main building has a good image. The rooms in the annex building are renovated apartments, but the facilities inside the rooms are complete and clean. The waiters are very friendly, the hotel is in a good location, free parking, special breakfast offer (20 US dollars per day for 2 people), and the restaurant's food is very good. If you come to the south for business, I recommend this hotel!

EelieThey’re thorough and patient. I’m currently dealing with a lot & I feel immensely overwhelmed and scattered brained, unfortunately along with an urgent matter along with family in the hospital. Nevertheless, they have been very considerate and welcoming. It makes a difference. It really does.
