Beautiful environment from my oceanfront room, early morning walk on beach, and poolside. Cocktails are delicious at the restaurant, but food just ok. Tall waitress made the best rum punch and very great customer service.

The property was great!! Close proximity to Bridgetown and more!! I love the fact that you were directly on the beach and didn’t have to walk too far for anything. Great friendly staff! My room shower did have fluctuating water temps at times. But not too bad where you can’t take an amazing warm shower. Overall quiet and safe area!!! Got to meet some great potential future friends!!

The room was clean and a good size. Partial view to the Ocean and a balcony.
The beach looks nice but I was there for work, no time to experience the beach. Personnel was nice.

Resolved by one shift manager after complaints👍
The charge of 150 usd for damages which would be released 3 to 5 days after we left was was unfair. We were not aware of this and should be released the day after.

Our front desk reception Kevin was very pleasant and the hotel experience was really good. Awesome water pressure! The only downside is you can hear everything that passes up and down the street. But all in all a great experience
