Everything is good. Room is clean, location is good, and with elevator. It’s convenience for customers.

The staff is really helpful and welcoming, and they will try to help you in everyway to make your stay comfortable.

The hotel is like a business hotel. It is located right above a metro line which runs through key places including the main stations and tourist attractions. It is also within 15 min walking distance to the main square.

Good place, Amazing location but there is nothing to eat or drink there. You can only buy a bottle of water for 3€

[Cleanliness] The room was normally clean and there was nothing particularly concerning about it. The bed was made every day. [Location] Due to its location, you have to climb a hill from the nearest station to get to the hotel, so if you have a lot of luggage, you will need to make a bit of an effort. There is a convenience store nearby, and there is also a vending machine on the ground floor. If you cross the main street, there are many restaurants, so it is very convenient. [Service] The front desk was also friendly and nice. The breakfast buffet was full of scrambled eggs, bacon, raw vegetables, tomatoes, cucumbers, various breads, yogurt, cereal, etc. You could also make your own sandwiches. There are many seats, so I don't think you will have any trouble with the seats being filled. [Facilities and amenities] The air conditioner worked well, and the windows could be opened wide, so there was no problem with the room temperature. The bed was soft, which was nice. The hangers could only be used in the closet. Shampoo was provided, and if it ran out, it would be replenished when the bed was made.
