Stayed here 3 nights, although not the best hotel in terms of quality, it's definitely one of the best value for money hotels I have used. It also has many good things about it, it's near fude subway metro which can take you around kunming easily, has a great breakfast, although very busy for breakfast, seems very popular with the Chinese tourists. The service staff are very nice but English is limited so have a way to communicate with them like an app if you are planing to stay and don't know chinese, or have a tour guide help. The hotel is also near a street food market which seems to run every night and is also very busy. Overall I would stay again if visiting kunming again. I'm a satisfied customer.

Conveniently close to the metro line, clean with friendly staff. Fair price, breakfast available till 10:00am. No complaints.

My experience at the hotel is just okay. My feedback is to help improve the service for foreigners. The location is very good, a couple of minutes walk to line#1 subway. I used didi the entire time. The wifi didn’t work at all. The access info requires to fill out the passport # then verification code should be send, it should be asking for phone# I tried both it didn’t work. It was very noisy, as mostly the guests were in a group tour. Shouting and talking in the hallways even late at night. One suggestion, you can allocate a different floor for single/family/foreign guests separate from groups. The breakfast cater for local people. Overall, the hotel is good, hot shower and toiletries were provided.

hotel is okay for the price, the location is great, breakfast is Chinese food but is not bad, if you are a person that will all day outside and just come back to sleep the hotel is perfect.

I’ve stayed here three times. If you’re looking for something close to the train station, this is a great option. It’s cheap, breakfast is so so, room is decent. Just pray you don’t arrive at the same time as a tour group because it will take forever to check in

Good hotel

The service was great, the people were all really friendly. Breakfast was fine, typical Chinese foods. The only complaint I had was the room itself. The room was slightly grungy in places, it also had rusted hinges in the bathroom and the corner of the bathroom floor was broken. The shower head was terrible, water barely trickled out of it. The hair dryer would work for about 5 seconds on high before it overheated and automatically shut off, and 20 seconds on low. I think the room was probably great when it was new, but things need to be replaced at this point.

Hotel is outside Fude metro station in Kunming. It’s one stop away from Kunming railway station. The service was good and the check in was quite quick. The room however smelled like cigarette smoke quite badly, the bathroom wasn’t very clean and there were some bugs inside. The shower head was also leaking water. Good location but the amenities could use an improvement.
