Very classic feel, no solid curtains inside the bathroom, a bit small bedroom and very dark at the corridors. But location is ok.

The hotel is clean staff were very helpful. Breakfast is good. stayed for 3 nights and shopping is across the hotel.. short walk to just about everything you’re looking for. Easy to find from the train station. the closes train station is the brussels nord 12-13 minutes walk compared to brussels central station. we recommend this hotel.

I was only there for one night so I didn't check out everything the place has to offer but I really enjoyed my stay there. The shower had everything you needed (just tell them that shampoo and soap are two different things because I felt they put the same thing in both) The breakfast was wonderful. The staff are really pleasant and inviting and the stay in general was pleasant and good. What I was missing was milk in the fridge for coffee, I hope they take care of it for the next time I come back.

Went for tomorrowland weekend 2 and booked a hotel in brussels to re energise for a night. When i entered the hotel, i was so shocked that it was a Tomorrowland themed hotel. Prior to arriving at the hotel, when i was saying goodbye to my friends from all around the world, i was crying because i knew that it would be another year till i see them again. The moment i arrived, our concierge gave us a post card to write about tomorrowland and hang it in the middle of the lobby. I wrote down all my friends name from all different countries and it was really a core memory. I took a picture and sent it to them to let them know, they will always be in my heart and mind and our friendship is forever

Excellent location and good service with large room space

Very good classic old charm hotel near heart of Brussels. Big bedrooms, luxury bedding, nice.ensuites, gave us a late checkout for free.

Great hotel though a bit outdated. Close to all the main spots in the city. The breakfast was fantastic!

The staff were amazing and the location as well! The room is not the best but still the location is amazing and worth it! Recommended! .

Everything is ok

I am sure the hotel used to be a very grand and beautiful property. Sadly it feels like it has not been refurbished in a long time and whilst the room we booked was nice it was very dated and old fashioned. What really let the hotel down was it’s lack of amenities. It does not now have a restaurant and all there is is a bar - all be it a very beautiful one and a function room in the basement where there is a mediocre self service breakfast is served. The other thing that lets the hotel down is it’s location. It is in a very rundown and dirty and unsafe area of the city and there is not a lot nearby. Staff from the Management were not at all helpful and did not respond to the concerns I raised. I really don’t know how it got it’s 5 star rating.
