I highly recommended the hotel as the staff are very friendly & welcoming. The location is accessible. We’ll definitely book here again.

I booked this hotel at the last minute for a short trip to Brussels for an event.I arrived at night time so it took a while to get my bearings from De Bruckere metro station. I arrived tired and hungry so once I checked in,I got a quick shower to freshen up. Booked a single room (bed was slightly bigger than a single). Okay size for the time I was there. It had a patio door so could go outside if you smoke. Bathroom small but for what I needed perfect. There was even a hairdryer which was needed as my trousers had been washed before ai left home and were a bit damp and also for drying hair on the Sunday morning. A safe was in the room and a colour TV with a desk and chair. Foodwise,the information in the hotel booklet in the room needs to be updated as it stated breakfast was on the 7th floor. It wasn't it was on the ground floor then you had to go down a couple of lots of stairs so bear this in mind if wanting to eat breakfast in the hotel especially if disabled or you have mobility issues.Breakfast was scrambled egg,bacon,mushrooms,baked beans if you wanted a hot option. There was also a waffle machine,toast,cereals,yogurt,fruit and pastries with water,fruit juice and two hot drinks makers for tea,coggee and hot chocolate. Food was ok for setting me up for the rest of the day. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby selling a variety of different cuisines however the friterie a few doors up seemed to always be busy. Location wise about 6 minutes walk to the Grand Place and about 8-10 minutes to the Mannequin Pis. In the other direction about the same to the Place de Monnaie which has lots of shops like Uniqlo,Foot Locket,Primark,Decathlon etc. There is a Dunkin Donuts however there is only seating on the upstairs level and there is no lift. Found using the Beurs metro either no 4 or 10 useful for if getting the Eurostar from Brussels. Staff helpful as was able to leave my bags in the left luggage room whilst sightseeing on last day and helped with directions to get to South-Midi station. Only complaints if you can call them that are,lack of kettle in room for making a tea or coffee (much needed after a long journey),decoration in room needs a refresh as paint work chipped and looks like it has seen better days same with corridors away from hotel lobby.

Good service, clean room and a 3-minute walk to Brussels' main square, good location

It is really nice hotel with special Morocco Style Decorations. The owner is 70 years; he is energetic and talkative person, and the pianist. Really recommend to live in Hotel Mozart as it locates in the very center of Bruxelles, only 3 mins walk to central station; you can just spend 1 hour’s walk around and you will see all the famous landscapes.

U just need 15 minutes to get to the city center and there is a metro station 2 min away from the hotel. Their rooms are clean but very noisy. I hear everyone that passes through the floor and everyone who was on the floor above me. That interrupted my sleep.

The hotel fronts onto what in the past a beautiful square as the old photographs show, the rooms are a good size with tea and coffee provided. There was an excellent breakfast provided every morning. The room could have been a little warmer and there was no view. Bathroom was a good size but shower had to be stepped in.

初日に複数箇所をダニに噛まれました。フロントに言うとすぐに部屋を変えてくれましたが、その際に「このホテルは新しく、今まで一度もこんなことは起こったことはない」と繰り返し言われました。ダニの発生は家の新旧に関わりませんし、むしろこちらのような安宿の方が、安宿を渡り歩く人が多くリスクが高いはずです。否定されたように感じ、その点は納得がいきませんでした。移った部屋では特に問題はありませんでした。立地は駅やデパートに近く悪くないですが、風俗街の近くで何とも言えない空気感です。スタッフは皆感じがよく、サービスは必要十分でした。

Location: quite convenient and approximate 25mins drive from the airport. But it seems that it is not quite close to the aerobus route (fyi if you wish to come here by aerobus and that is the reason why we choose to take a Cabify with lots of baggages lol :) ) Service: quite warm-welcoming staff and they will show you around the hotel for the first check in, leading you from the desk to your room. Amenities: we were allocated with the room under the rooftop and this, the room is quite narrow and the height is lower than normal. Worse still, there is no street view.

I am happy with everyone. For such a price in a good place you will nowhere else stay in Brussels) so I don't see the point of complaining about two star hotels for such money. I'm arranged, I live in a hotel with my bathroom and toilet, here clean and well! Thank you very much!

Every time I come to Brussels, I like to live in this hotel. The service is good, clean, the environment is good, the room is large, safe, there is a fruit shop opposite, and it is very close to tourist attractions.
