So close but not so far from the old town or maybe the attractions which is good, if you’re staying inside around the grand palace, it may get noisy so this place is really in a good place so location is very strategic 😘 From the train station (Midi Station), 2 stops away and you can walk to the hotel easily 🫶🏻 This hotel is kinda old so it gives off the old vibes but you got what you need and breakfast is good 😄 everybody is so welcoming ~ if you’re in a budget and still want a good hotel to stay, here is the place 👍🏻 thank you 🫰🏻

Stayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.

The hotel's location is pretty good – right next to a metro station and very close to the city center. It's quite quiet at night, though Brussels' streets in general aren't the cleanest. It's also super convenient to get to Midi Station directly by metro, and North Station is within walking distance. The hotel facilities are generally quite new, but there's no kettle. However, the coffee machine is good, and it comes with four free capsules. They clean the room daily, and the staff at the front desk are very friendly. The only downside was that there was a power outage on the day I checked out. I had to walk down the stairs to ask, and they said the whole hotel was affected and an electrician was working on it, but it was back on shortly after. They have a dedicated room for luggage storage. (P.S. Belgian food is delicious, definitely give it a try!)

The room had a classic, old-money style decor, which was generally quite nice. The air conditioning wasn't very effective, taking a long time to cool down the room. The breakfast, however, was very good with a wide variety of options. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the old town, making it convenient to get everywhere.

The location is superb, and the reception staff were always smiling and friendly. However, our room was on the 0th floor, below the ground floor (G) where reception is located. If there's a possibility of getting a room on the 0th floor with this booking, it should be clearly stated in the room details. Other hotels specify this, and getting a lower floor rather than an upper one can be quite a letdown. Also, there's no refrigerator, the shower pressure is very weak, and the drainage is poor. We only received one small bottle of water on the first day, and none on the second. The location is excellent, so if these minor issues don't bother you, it's probably fine.

We had a very pleasant stay here. The hotel looks so chic and the staff are very friendly. You can ask them to borrow a lock for the locker in the room. They provide hairdryer, handsoap, hair shampoo and shower gel as well. My only complaint is that the kitchen is open from 9am-11pm. We normally wake up at 6-7am to have breakfast so this is a bit inconvenient. The area is also quite safe at night. Highly recommend!

Cozy room with a beautiful balcony overlooking into the streets of brussels. Front desk and staff all had smiles throughout the stay and great for short stay or solo travelers.

This was the cutest and coziest hotel I have ever stayed in! The room is tiny & the shower is right in the middle of the room with clear glass, but since it was just me and my partner that was not an issue. The toilet is in its own private room. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful & kind during our stay. It does get quite loud at night as the hotel stands right above a busy street w/ bars & restaurants, but that did not bother me whatsoever. The location was perfect as it’s a quick walk to every spot in Brussels essentially. If I ever return to Brussels I will be sure to book at this hotel again, it was truly the best hotel I’ve stayed in. HIGHLY recommend.

Wow, the doorman's service was truly impressive; he's as enthusiastic about his job as Spongebob! I came for a conference and was instantly charmed by both the hotel and him. I absolutely love this hotel! It used to be a bank, and the renovation is superb! The shower pressure in the room is fantastic, and they even deliver handwritten cards and snacks in the evening! It's absolutely wonderful!

I highly recommend this hotel! We were heading to Germany midway through our trip and needed to store our luggage for two days, and the front desk staff very kindly accommodated our request. When we returned to pick up our bags, the young lady at the front desk was incredibly responsible; she wouldn't release the luggage without a claim tag, which was reassuring. The hotel rooms are also very spacious, and the amenities are quite complete – they even use Nuxe shower gel! After two weeks of business travel in Europe, this hotel was the warmest and most welcoming. Whenever I'm in Brussels for work, this will be my go-to hotel.
