GGuest UserGreat location near tourist attraction. About 10 minutes walk to Brussels Central Train Station. There is a Carrefour express just opposite the building (30 seconds walk), so it's really convenient.
The room is exactly as advertised, clean and tidy. The kitchen has all the cooking amenities, and there is AC in the room, perfect for summer time!
There are homeless people on the benches in front of the building, but the building is always locked. You have to use your room key to get in, so it's safe.
There is also paid laundry service in the apartment hotel, and a lounge area. Overall, it's a wonderful stay! Would definitely stay here again if we're visiting Brussels.

Jjalanjalan2Hotel staff were friendly. Provided really good dinner options at chez Jacques that was really near hotel. Best to go early before dinner crowd. Breakfast is complimentary however it is basic and don't expect much. Room is small but manageable. Overall I would recommend this hotel for short term stay.

- Check-in and check-out procedures are efficient and convenient.
- The staff is willing to help.
2. Room quality
- The cleanliness of the room is above average, there is not much space for the bed, and the bathroom is not big but acceptable.
- The double bed is made up of two single beds, and there is no noise.
- The air conditioning is very good and can be adjusted at will. The Wi-Fi is very stable. The TV has not been tested. The socket position is also sufficient.
3. Location and transportation
- The hotel's location is convenient, it is in the center of Brussels.
- There are restaurants around, but there are no direct attractions. In terms of public transportation, it is very close to the subway station and can also walk to the tourist area, which is very convenient.
- It was not found at the first time, there is no parking space, and there is a road downstairs.
4. Facilities and services
- I don't think there is a gym or swimming pool, so I can't comment. There is a restaurant in the hotel.
- No extra thoughtful services (such as free breakfast, airport transfer, etc.).
5. Value for money
- The room rate is acceptable
- Compared with other hotels of the same level, it is also worth recommending because it is newly built and feels cleaner.
- There is no additional fee, which is very good. It is consistent with the additional charge stated on the booking website, which is EUR 12.72 city tax.

PPamelaLocation is within walking distance to city. But the service attitude at the reception was bad. So terrible that I cannot believe this is Citadines standard. Both staff treated us like we owed them a living, don't even bother to smile or greet guests. Left us hanging around without bothering to help for more than 1hour! Luggages, please carry by yourself, even to wheel it to their holding room..absolutely no service. Worst than hostels. Citadine management, I hope u are reading this.

DDWee10/10 for location! It is right in the middle of the city centre and within walking distance of all the main attractions you might want to visit in Brussels. The train station is only about a 3-minute walk away, which makes getting around super easy. There is also a supermarket right next door and plenty of food options nearby, so you will never have trouble finding something to eat.
When I was there, there were a few power trips on one of the days, but the staff fixed them fairly quickly each time. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Brussels.

Ttraveller2963The hotel was very easy to find and well located as it was close to the metro station. The surrounding area was also very safe. The staff were very accommodating and allowed for early check-in. The availability of the rooms was very fast. They also noted my special requests, which I appreciated. The room was very spacious and matched the description. Good amenities such as mini fridge, cutlery/crockery, bathroom equipped with towels, soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer. Also came with a tv. There was a breakfast option for €16 a day, but I chose to take advantage of the local cafes in the area. Also be aware there is no cleaning service as its sort of a studio system so you have to keep the room clean. I would have appreciate a little broom or dustpan so I could clean the floors a bit but not that big of an issue. The neighbours were very nice, no loud noises made it easy to sleep at night. The whole booking, check-in, and check out process was very easy with the key card system. The hotel was very modern, with some seating area downstairs and vending machines for snacks. It's also where breakfast was served. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend to all.

HHaileyThis was the cutest and coziest hotel I have ever stayed in! The room is tiny & the shower is right in the middle of the room with clear glass, but since it was just me and my partner that was not an issue. The toilet is in its own private room. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful & kind during our stay. It does get quite loud at night as the hotel stands right above a busy street w/ bars & restaurants, but that did not bother me whatsoever. The location was perfect as it’s a quick walk to every spot in Brussels essentially. If I ever return to Brussels I will be sure to book at this hotel again, it was truly the best hotel I’ve stayed in. HIGHLY recommend.

GGuest UserThe hotel was great. It is well reachable from the train station and you get to the city center in 30 minutes by foot. The room is quite spacious and the bed is really comfy. The only real downsides are the small elevator and that Netflix did not work on the TV. But overall great stay and would book it again!

NNicholasBooked Hotel Mozart 30 mins before arriving after being let down by another on-line agency. Great location right in the heart of Brussels near the Great Place (Grote Markt), although a little noisy because of that. The room was clean and well fitted out for the price and the breakfast was a simple continental breakfast.
The hotel's decoration though was surrealy wonderful: every single surface in the common areas (reception, stairs, hallways) was full of the the most eclectic and eccentric decorations, such as a 1.5m tall brass samovar next to our door; display cases full of paste jewellery, statues, vases etc ...
