It has been a very comfortable stay at Whitlock16 hotel apart. The entire hotel feels new, clean, and well-maintained. The studio furnishings are modern, durable, and good quality, which made relaxing after a long day easy. The lounge is a particularly nice perk for guests, providing a pleasant space to unwind with good amenities. Access was straightforward, and it adds noticeable value to the overall stay. In terms of logistics, the location is extremely convenient for getting around, and the check-in and check-out process was fast, efficient, and hassle-free. Overall, a dependable choice for travelers looking for a hassle-free, well-run hotel. I would happily stay here again.

The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the Old Town and close to the Palace of Justice. The room was neat and clean, and a good size, perfect for a few days' stay. The kitchen utensils were complete, and downstairs there's a 24-hour coffee machine and drinking water. Everything was fantastic.

Breakfast: Very good, simple and healthy, appropriate food to start a day. Room: Clean and Organized, FYI: heater and aircon of the room is operated by the front desk so make sure to check it they turn it on otherwise, like me, im freezing for 2 hours when i asked them why my room is cold 😅. Staffs: they are all nice and accommodating. Just ask them anything if you need something to know. AND its a BIG PLUS they know how to convo in English! BRAVO! what i like is there is a kitchenette and coffee machine and electric kettle. I just hope that they will have a free cleaning in the room in a minimum stay or a broom and dustpan in the room. Because I stay for a week so 1 week no sweeping the floor all i can do is wipe the floor with tissue. or the towel they provide. I COMMEND one guy(bald white) sorry for my description, 😅he is really attentive to serve the breakfast. Great service! Keep it up appart city!

Easy check-in n out. Reception counter n residence located separately. Same row though. The lobby closes at 11pm. A water dispenser n coffee kiosk available complementary for guests. Need to exit residential block n enter lobby block if were to refill or drink coffee or any admin issues. Laundry room is located at basement. Free usage but need to bring own detergent. Great location coz the Brussels Luxembourg train station bus stops are just opposite the hotel. Some eateries n bars just next n across the hotel. A mini mart is just opposite the bus stop. Spacious and clean room. Comfortable. No toothpaste n toothpaste or indoor slippers provided. But shower cap, shoe shine n mini sewing kit provided. No hair conditioner is provided. A kitchenette with a new set of cleaning materials provided.. Equipped with complete utensils. AC is centralised. Rather stuffy n warm at times. A cute little balcony. No house keeping for short stays. Requested for new towels at the reception counter but did not receive any. Very very very expensive hotel as we booked during BTS concert period!!! Had a good stay but beyond the price charged

Well connected to the city, transport and EU buildings. Close to the park and other entertainment places like restaurants and bars. Close to the bus stop going to the airport. The place is nice and clean, quite a big room, and lots of space. Tea and coffee set inside the room.

I highly recommend this small hotel in Brussels. And I would like to thank Monique, the receptionist, for her homely welcome and efficiency. She is a perfect hospitality expert and a nice personality. The place is impeccably clean: the linen, towels, bathroom, public areas. There is a nice catering area and a pretty small yard. The location is very convenient. I am definitely going to stay at this hotel on my future visits.

The hotel is close to the North Station and has MRT trams. It is quite convenient nearby and there are many snacks. You may need to pay more attention to safety at night, but everything else is okay.

Good hotel. The room I booked was equipped with a table, dishes, and nice furniture. The bathroom, floors, and walls were a bit dated, and perhaps needed updating, but it was still nice. When I got to my room, I had to reset the TV, which had no channels.

There was little information regarding check-in procedures upon arrival. We tried calling the number provided but received no answer. We had to wait for someone to leave before we could enter, but we finally managed and were warmly welcomed. The hallways smelled musty and of cigarettes, which gave a bad impression right from the start. Once we arrived in our room, everything seemed fine at first glance, until we opened the bathroom door… A nauseating smell wafted out. The sink faucet had to be turned on at a certain flow rate, otherwise we would get sprayed, and the shower head was broken, and the water flow was extremely weak (making it impossible to wash our hair).

I had a great experience at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious. It was equipped with wifi, TV, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, heater, and everything worked well. The host was very friendly and helpful. Location of this hotel is not so far from the center and near to the European Parliament, which is quite safe in my opinion. Highly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel.
