We stayed for one night...The owner was extremely rude to us. Although we paid extra for a room with a bathtub, when we arrived at the location we were given a room with a shower. after long discussions we would receive a room with a bathtub, but we could not use it because we did not have a plug. After reporting the problem, the owner gave us an extremely rude answer, these are exactly the words used: ,,we gave you the suite with the bathtub (but this does not mean that you can fill the bathtub) ... because the amount of water consumed in relation to the total consumption of the reserved room is not justified.'' In terms of the accomodation the room was clean.

A great location, friendly staff, everything clean and a safe place . Good coffee in the morning and a quiet place … I really recommend this place … modern, well equipped and renovated rooms… good bed, goood size comfortable.

It smells, gives a dirty feeling and has a broken shower The owners are extremely rude. We talked to them about the defects and they laughed at us. We had a very unsafe feeling. We booked 2 nights and fled the last one

Terrible hotel!!!! I do not recommend to anyone!!! There are some scammers out there. We booked the hotel on April 9 through Booking, there was free cancellation. Money was withdrawn from my card and has not been returned so far today, already on May 8th. At first they didn’t go to contact at all, then it turned out to contact them. They said that they are dealing with the return procedure, etc. ... they are fed breakfast, they accuse my bank (Privat Bank) of blocking the funds. But the bank confirmed to me that there was not even a hint from them to return the funds. So beware of them, I do not recommend anyone to get there, there are only scammers !!! I am still fighting with Them: I will write a statement to the police, to the embassy and most likely to the prosecutor's office!!! Have a great day everyone and stay safe!!!
