Hotel was very central, 15min far from Gellert Thermal baths and the liberty bridge. Breakfast was good. Cleanliness of the room was average.

The location of the hotel is good and convenience to everywhere, but the room size is very tiny, you don't space to move around

I had a great experience with this hotel ! The location was excellent,food was great ,staff very nice and helpful,price great. I will go back every time I’ll travel to Budapest! The only negative aspect I could find is that it was a little dusty ,but that wouldn’t stop me to go back again

Stayed here for a business trip. The location is very good, next to major metro/trams line and even AirPort Express bus. Room is clean and has all needed facilities for either business or leisure travel.

Very good location and nice amenities. The only exception is that the car park is costly, small and challenging.

Great hotel not far from the center of Budapest. Modern rooms and excellent price, considering I Have booked it last minutes after having been scammed on a past booking with a hotel that was not existing.

Great location in the City

This hotel was perfect for a short break in Budapest! The room was extremely clean and full of useful essentials including shampoo, shower cap, body lotion, hair dryer, dressing gown, water etc! Really easy to access public transport and less than a 5 minute walk from the airport shuttle bus stop. I’d definitely stay again!

In the end, we got the room at around 3.30, which was half an hour later than the normal check-in at 3 o'clock. The explanation I got was that the cleaning was too late? ? Hotel room environment: Compared with hotels of similar price in Budapest, it is nothing good. First of all, the room is not big, which is okay, after all, we already knew it before checking in. However, everyone must pay attention to the sloped ceilings in some rooms! The room was very depressing, so we went to the front desk to change a room. Yes, we found this front desk again, and the attitude was still bad. We seemed impatient when we asked to change rooms. In the end, we changed to a room with a small balcony, but the balcony was so small that only one person could stand and we had to notify the hotel to open the balcony window. And because of the balcony, the room, which was not big to begin with, became even smaller! In the end, I was too lazy to bother with it, so I just stayed for one night and left. Breakfast: It was average. There were few types of breakfast, and the taste was really average. If you want to stay in a hotel, you can choose not to order breakfast and eat outside. There are many restaurants nearby! Finally, I still want to say that I did meet many friendly locals in Budapest, and this front desk may be just an exception.

The room facing the road is a bit noisy. The subway is right at the door, which is very convenient. The airport shuttle bus is just at the door. The room is not big, but it is not so small that there is no room to open the suitcase. It is okay when the price is not too expensive.
