"Located just by the main railway terminal of the city, but this coin has a reverse side too, - if you get a room with windows over the busy Racoczi street. The traffic noise is something you should and can adopt to, but the loud sirenas of the ambulances and emergency services all night long can be something close to disaster. Rooms are spacious, especially if you take one option over the basis, room amenities quite satisfactory. The are some good points at the breakfast, but generally the price-per-quality ratio could be better."

"I booked a room with a high floor city view online but they just gave me a room with low floor garden view. Therefore, I asked them to change the room with a city view for me. They assigned me to a low floor city view this time. I've already given up on the levels of the floor aiming to make everyone's life easier. However, I discovered that the door can't be locked and the sink drains really slow in a speed that is honestly unacceptable in my new room. I was really frustrated to go down to the reception to change a new room again. As a 4 star hotel, I'm absolutely disappointed that they didn't even have the intention to come up to my room and pass me a new room key with apologies but instead, they asked me to go down with all my luggages to pick up a new room key TWICE. Poor service attitude from the reception lady with a long blonde hair and big round eyes, naming ”Cindy”. The room is modern and spacious but the door lock can't function properly still. Plus, there're only TWO complimentary bottles of water per stay (no matter how long your stay is), so it's quite inconvenient that you need to buy the water in the lobby at a higher price or anywhere before you return to the hotel. The location of the hotel is good, there're bus, metro, fast food restaurants, Starbucks nearby with a very nice city landscape."

"Fantastic hotel and brilliant location. The beds were comfy and large as were the rooms. There isn’t really the best view out of the hotel rooms, but that isn’t a problem as I found the hotel is a place to use as a base. There were some road works and construction taking place outside of the hotel during my stay. This didn’t impact on the night time and was quiet. The construction works weren’t very well segregated during the day, so this is something to bear in mind. Breakfast is included and is to a high standard and fantastic quality. A good stay all round."

"10 min walking distance from Astoria station. Short walking distance to get 100E bus to from airport. Great plus!! I checked in late at night around 11pm and left in 3am in the morning. There is 24/7 staff who helps me when I need anything. Will surely come back again!"

"The park plaza was a last minute choice for us as we had originally booked into an extremely horrifying Airbnb but we were so lucky to book their last room! It’s in such a prime location with a beautiful view of the parliament building and tram / metro stops within a 5 min walk. The staff were really accommodating and informative and always smiling which is so lovely to see in the morning. The only issue we experienced was the malfunctioning AC but they tried their best to resolve it and even offered a room change and complimentary drinks to show their care. Overall, it was a great stay and I will definitely look to them next time k go to Budapest. Thank you!"

"Great start with Novotel. This is one of the best hotel in Budapest, highly recommended. Near to the metro, just 2 mins walk, and there a supermarket at the opposite. One of the hot spot - New York cafe is just 3 mins walk from the hotel."

"The most cost-effective hotel in Europe, more than 100 points of satisfaction, and the transportation is also very convenient. The breakfast is extremely rich, and there is rice to eat. For Chinese people who have been eating bread in Europe for half a month, it is really satisfying, haha ​​😄"

"Perfect apartments, very clean and comfortable! Close to centre of Budapest, subway + a lot of cafes and shops in the area. 24/7 reception helped us with late check-in (we arrived at midnight). In the flat you can find all necessary including iron, washing machine and even capsule coffee machine!"

"Bed was huge, pillow was not as firm for my taste. Lighting was good. Shower head was good. Towels quality was good. Quiet and away from city centre. Walll sockets for kettle and coffee machine were not working. Staff was helpful to help with water dispenser and TV settings. Sad that the HDMI source input was blocked so I can’t watch my laptop content on the big tv screen."
