Hotels Near Comunidad Mishkán in Buenos Aires

Talk about terrible customer service… They had a power outage in the building (the outage was specific to the building) and we were unable to access our room on the 13th floor. Their backup power generator wasn’t working either. We had to spend the night at another hotel. The next morning the power was still out. We had climb the 13 floors and come back down with our three bags, in the pitch dark as this building doesn’t have emergency lighting in the stairwell. I reached out to the property but they refused to refund me. El edificio tuvo un cortre luz y no pudimos dormir en la habitacion… y no quisieron reintegrarnos Hablando de pésima atención al cliente… Tuvieron un corte de energía en el edificio (no en la zona, sino propio del edificio) y no pudimos acceder a nuestra habitación en el piso 13. Su generador de energía de respaldo tampoco funcionaba. Tuvimos que pasar la noche en otro hotel. A la mañana siguiente todavía no había electricidad. Subimos los 13 pisos y volvimos a bajar con nuestras tres maletas, en la oscuridad total ya que este edificio no tiene iluminación de emergencia en la escalera. Me comuniqué con la propiedad pero se negaron a reembolsarme.

I had the chance to stay (again) in Ker Belgrano in December 2020. The service was amazing. All the staff played a crucial role to make my stay enjoyable. They are constantly refreshing the rooms so you will find a modern and clean environment with all you need. The breakfast is super good given and provide a wide variety of options. Finally the Location!!! Placed in Belgrano just 2 blocks from the Subway to visit historic/touristic Buenos Aires in just 20 minutes. I will come back!

After flying 12 hours or so to a city we'd never visited, in a country we'd never visited, to a hotel we'd only ever seen online, we were excited, tired, and a little apprehensive. But all our concerns went flying out the window within minutes of arriving at Hotel Vitrum. The staff were (are) able to flip to English in seconds and were ever so friendly and helpful. There was a warmness and authenticity to their interactions that can't be taught in any customer service manual. We felt welcomed as people, not just guests, or nights or whatever profit units’ hotels use for occupancy. Our suite was roadside yet quiet, modern and almost spotless. And I can recommend the bed as we slept 12 hours straight. The time zone difference between BA and Auckland is not favourable to eastbound travellers. The location for us, was fantastic. Palermo is walk-able, eclectic, hip, raw, historic and funky. And the dining (with craft beer) - oh my - so many quality choices near or even far. Asado, alfajores, empandas, choripan and all the milanesa one can eat. Throw in the wine and walking it all off becomes essential. Luckily Vitrum is within an easy walk of the subway, so all of BA is your oyster. What a pearl of a city it is. We can't wait to go back. Special mention must go to the Venezuelan concierge who made us feel most welcome. If you ever make it to New Zealand there is a seat at our table for you.

I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! There is security on the ground floor, the lobby is on the first floor, the environment is good, very close to St. Martin's Square, three minutes walk, there is also a subway station nearby, overall good, convenient travel, 40 to 50 minutes to the airport taxi

725 Continental Hotel is in a central position, short walk one way to Plaza de la Republica, with Obelisco, and a short walk the other way to Plaza de Mayo.A stop for the open top bus tours is on the other side of the street. Hailing a taxi is easy on the roadside but reception ordered a taxi without charge. The hotel has no car park, but there is paid-parking nearby. This art deco building is in a street of such buildings making for a scenic cityscape, both from the street and roof top terrace, where there is a bar and small pool. Sunset drinks were enjoyed on the roof. Room and ensuite was large and everywhere was clean. Reception directed us to 2 double rooms before finding the twin we had booked, which was an unwanted inconvenience after a long journey. There was a paid mini bar but no kettle in the room. View was across to the buildings the other side of the street. Air conditioning worked well. The lifts are slow and the wait was tiresome, but fortunately we could use the stairs from our room on a lower floor. Breakfast is served on the first floor, and there is a bar and restaurant on the ground floor, which we did not use. There are tango shows and many restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was adequate with omelettes cooked to order. Window tables have picturesque street views. Facilities give the five star rating, but 725 Continental Hotel is more comfortable than luxurious. Location and service on offer made it good value.

When we arrived in the room, there were two single beds, we joined together and we could sleep in that way. We picked up the heat record in Argentina in March o/23, thanks to God the air conditioning was working perfectly, the shower is great, breakfast is OK, the wifi is not very good. If you're going to take a trip, stay out the whole day and don't want to stay in the hotel long, just use for rest, I recommend.

I am Japanese. I hope that I can send a little useful information to the Japanese who will come in the future. The location of the pass is a bit difficult to understand. However, it is located in a place where you can go out immediately in the city, so I am not afraid to move. The cherry blossom service is great. Be careful because it takes something like accommodation tax in the field. The cleaning of the cheek is also quite fine and you can spend the next day clean. There are shampoo shampoo, body soap, etc., but there is no shaving, so you should bring it. The shower sometimes makes the water worse. Breakfast is until 10 a.m. There is one coffee water on the table in the room, two waters in the refrigerator, two orange juices, one beer, two cans. There are about two sweets.
