Till this day, I've never experienced service like this. The staff were all incredibly polite, helpful and eager to be of service. The hotel itself might be 4 stars, but the service, amenities, cleanliness is all 7 stars. Thank you to the team.

It's very bad compared with the Holiday Inn in China. It's not like a group hotel at all. The room is very small and the facilities are old. I don't recommend staying here.

Checked out one day in advance, the hotel refused to refund one day's room fee

It was a nice hotel, only the cardboard boxes were not nice and the WC light switch was hard to press so we didn't use the chest until we realized it in the last hours of leaving the hotel. Other than that everything was fine.
