Hope to have promo with breakfast. Nice and clean hotel. Will be coming back again.

The check in process took quite long, saying that cannot see my booking in system while confirmation email already received from Trip.com. The cup provided in mini bar had clear tea stains when I wanted to make some hot tea. Overall experience lower than Crown Towers.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to major attractions yet peaceful enough for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

There was unknown charges from the hotel no explanation, charged after we checked out. There was no solution from trip.com. It’s been more than a month. Hotel no reply. Trip.com pushes back to hotel. Terrible experience.

It’s time for the hotel to upgrade the electric power point like direct USB type A or type C which many old hotel did.

Another fabulous stay at Crown Metropol. The food was fabulous and The Groove Bar music and atmosphere was the exact vibe we needed. We were there with our daughter and her fiancé. Boys enjoyed the sports bar. Atrium breakfast was tremendous and so much variety, will suit everyone. Love love love this place!

Impeccable service level ever experienced. Will surely choose the same hotel if ever we visit Perth again.

It’s a really nice hotel. Impeccable and it’s near to the ******. I like their room slippers. It’s like Havana’s. Easy to wear to the pool. Their thick bathroom is comfy.

Got upgraded to Crown Towers, excellent hotel with new facility. Room is large and came with double queen beds and dual basins. 5 mins walk to ******* as we parked our rental cars at the P2 car park. Overall nice stay and we can’t complaint as we paid for Metropol but get to stayed in High Roller hotel …

Couldn’t fault this place. Very convenient and best location. Clean rooms. You get what you pay for here. I’ll definitely be back again and i will recommend this place to others. Thankyou

Nothing much to remember, not impressed, hotel dated

A very grand hotel with full of entertainment facilities.

Clean and comfortable room, very cosy with a nice bathtub and partial view of the river. Nice walk along the park across hotel to Optus stadium and Matagarup Bridge.

Was very surprised how the service and facilities have changed so much since we last stayed there. I would not recommend it to anyone and will not be going back in a hurry
