Room was spacious and quiet with all amenities. Staff was friendly and cooperative. Check in and out was smooth. Plenty of drinks were available in fridge to help yourself.

Nothing surprises us with this hotel and everything is old and the buffets’ bowl and plate is not hygiene! Hope they plan to revamp soon!

The cleanliness and condition of our room was disappointing and not what you would expect from Crown. The shower glass was filthy and needed regrouting, table covered in glass marks, headboard was scratched and worn. Carpets badly need replacing

10 minutes from the center with uber. Hotel itself is good lot of food options.

Although the hotel is a bit old, the facilities are very well-maintained, some even looking brand new. I read online that parking was $65, but that's actually just for the area in front of the hotel lobby. I asked a bellboy and found out there's a free parking lot not far behind the hotel, which was great! They also have a heated pool, but I was too tired to try it on my first day. The bed was incredibly comfortable! 😊

We enjoyed a family overnight stay to celebrate a birthday. The location is convenient, and we appreciated the hotel’s facilities. However, there were a couple of aspects that detracted from the experience. I was genuinely surprised that there wasn’t even a complimentary bottle of water provided in the room. Having stayed in many hotels, both within Australia and internationally, I have never experienced a hotel that didn’t provide complimentary drinking water as a basic amenity. It’s a small gesture, but one that makes guests feel welcomed and cared for. Unfortunately, the service at the Atrium also fell below expectations. It took quite a while for staff to take our drink orders after we were seated, and when the drinks did arrive, they came out individually over an extended period rather than together. This wasn’t the level of service I would expect from a hotel of this calibre. More broadly, I found the overall customer service lacking. Having stayed in a range of prestige hotels around the world, I’ve come to expect staff to acknowledge guests with a smile or greeting, or simply pause to allow guests to pass in hallways. These may seem like small courtesies, but they are what distinguish exceptional hospitality from average service. During our overnight stay, I didn’t experience these simple gestures once, which made the service feel impersonal and not particularly guest-focused. Overall, while we enjoyed the facilities and location, the level of hospitality did not match what I would expect from a premium hotel experience.

Service There are 2 cards one for elevator and room which is inconvenient especially after long and unpleasant check in the card didnt work and we had to go back and luckily the concierge who helped was more friendlier and helpful compared to the lady at check in

The television in the room did not work it would turn on but had no reception,we had multiple technicicians enter our room late at night it wasn't until after midnight a technician realized it was the wrong remote control after leaving and returning again and it was finally resolved only to realise the Tv does not have access to netflix or streaming tv. This was a disappointment to our anniversary treat stay at crown, was expecting a more relaxing stay without the hours of disruption of multiple technicicians working in our room at midnight to turn on the television. When the desk staff enquired how was our stay, they seemed oblivious but not overly concerned or genuinely apologetic about the interruption to our stay. It was a shame as the hotel and Crown complex is an impressive location that I have I had the prestigious honour to contribute to the construction and maintenance of the stone and tile installation, dating back to the original buswood build and ongoing upgrades to presidential suites over the years and even the more recently upgraded Crowns construction including their presidential and other exclusive areas. So this was a rare opportunity to experience first hand the exclusive facilities I contributed to. The finished product was a treat to see up close for where our stay allowed us limited access to, I would love to be able to afford to access some of the exclusive areas I had responsibility for parts of prestigious projects there that I hoped to one day witness even if it was on special events like my anniversary, but I don't think even on rare occasion that the local experience is worth the expense might look to Bali resorts still for value and quality of an all inclusive hotel experience stay.

Excellent!!! Could not fault anything. Stunning hotel!!! Would definitely stay again. Staff very helpful and macca's, subway inside hotel. Perfect the kids. Pools amazing!

Very family friendly experience staying there during our trip! Most importantly, the kids love the environment and extremely convenient to travel around!

The room is huge and the 2 twin beds can actually accomodate a family of 4. But there is no complimentary bottled water anymore. We stayed 2 nights and the housekeeping never come to clean the room.
