The rooms need a bit of an update, usb ports in rooms, mattresses need to be checked on a regular basis on there comfort and dips in the mattress, for the price it should be a comfortable stay.

From the call to book to getting our keys off valet when leaving the staff were bright cheerful and always going above and beyond to assist and make it a great stay. As always the metrapol room was to the highest of standards and far better experience than the other two hotels on offer due to the better facilities and restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Took the whole family kids aged 5 and 5 months and had a great time at the pool and kids play area provided for them. The morning before leaving made our way down to the gaming floor and in true crown fashion the machines gave us back everything we had spent on our stay so our weekend away ended up being free.

Awsome Experience, the staff are very friendly and courteous. Our stay was better than we expected, next time we stay 2 nights to utilise the pool and gym . The walk to the Crown Theatre was a breeze.

Crown really needs to lift their games and improve. We were met with the most unfriendly reception upon arrival. Check in took ages because they couldn’t find an available room for us despite checking in 3 hours after the check in time of 3pm. We got into our rooms only to find a card addressed to someone else. The carpet was filthy, wear and tear in the bed head, bathroom dirty with a stinky toilet. This standard is 3-3.5 stars not a 5 stars hotel. Common area were dirty and needs a good clean. Buffet breakfast was mediocre. Felt like a canteen. At $44 per head, I would have expected barista coffee not pre- maid black coffee. Was hoping for a good stay but Crown Metropole really let us down. Will not be returning.

Near to airport. Good breakfast selections. Train station walking distance, can take a train to Perth center easily.

What has happened to the Atrium? Breakfast was lacklustre. Disappointing presentation and quality of food. The Asian section used to provide fresh enticing choices….not any more. Cheeses, salmon, salads were stale. Mixed grain vegetables over cooked. Slap dash. Bacon poor quality, dry and overcooked.

Very Good

We stayed at Crown Metropol roughly once a year, as my kids love the waterslide there. Frankly, those slides and the pool could be better than other accommodations (especially in Asia) in Perth. The main reasons we go there are that it is close to home, there is limited time for a longer getaway, and we can't book any ideal locations in different cities. Although the room could be slightly more spacious (it looks pretty cramped after loading all the suitcases), it is overall good. My kids love the bathtub (although it could be bigger/ longer) and the partition between the tub and the bedroom. Breakfast at Atrium was average, with nothing to complain about and yet nothing to compliment. The only downside is expensive restaurants at all the restaurants (limited choices+crappy food) at the food court. I love a buffet; forget about a husband who eats limited food. My youngest is 4 (currently), and my eldest just turned 6 not long ago. Sorry, I might sound cheapskate, but I honestly couldn't justify paying 'not cheap' children's prices for them. Maybe they should only eat some plain white rice/ or 1-2 slices of bread, a few pieces of prawn crackers, plus maybe 2-3 pieces of mini-dessert. Anyways, it is good for those who want a getaway/ staycation but not too far away~

The service was great, all staff were very professional and friendly. Stayed in the Luxe King room at the Metropol and really enjoyed the views and the room amenities. In particular the Valet service (especially James) was incredibly helpful.

We just love coming to stay at the Crown, amazing staff and luxury. The variety in dining options are suitable for every budget. Recommended Nobu, it is an absolute amazing experience. See the amazing front of house staff and beg them to squeeze you in.

I was treated appallingly. I left early, asked for a refund but it was ignored. I really don't want to be reminded so I just let it go and lost money. I used to go either there or to the other hotel for a break or to stay over after a concert at the theatre and I'd go quite often to the restaurants in the complex. I won't go back. (I've put july, I don't really remember without looking it up and I don't want to be reminded....)

I definitely do not recommend this hotel on a Saturday night if you have children! The loud music that went until 10.45pm kept my son awake and left him tired . He had also been looking forward to the pool and waterslide but despite the weather being warm, the pool was so icy cold that his hands and feet went numb and he only lasted a few minutes.
