Haeundae Centum Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Haeundae Central Hotel. The location is excellent! Right in the heart of Haeundae and very convenient for getting around. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean, making our stay very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

The hotel was great however we had problems with the bathroom. When taking the shower the water would splash around. Taps would leak water when opening. Water pressure of the toilet and taps is slow. There was mold as well. Safety concerns of the step near the bath tub. Housekeeping is good and friendly! Staff were helpful when we needed certain things in the room. Good view. Far from the elevator as requested. Enjoyed staying here.

As a seasoned traveler with a family of four, finding a hotel that perfectly balances comfort, space, and unbeatable location is the holy grail—and this hotel absolutely delivered! * Prime Location & Convenience The location alone earns five stars. Being situated right next to two large department stores meant last-minute shopping and easy meal access were never an issue. Plus, having a subway entrance so close made exploring the city incredibly straightforward, saving us precious time and energy (essential when traveling with kids!). * Spacious Rooms & Comfort We were immediately impressed by the size of the room. The spacious living area was a lifesaver, giving us all room to relax without being on top of each other. The comfortable bed deserves special mention—it ensured a great night's sleep for both the adults and the children. The provision of a washing machine and drying rack was a huge bonus for a longer trip. It allowed us to pack lighter and keep our clothes fresh, which is a big help for a family of four. * A Small Suggestion for Improvement My only minor critique, and one that I hope the management considers, is the availability of hairdryers. With four people needing to get ready in the morning, sharing just one hairdryer was quite the rush! It would be a significant enhancement to the guest experience if a hairdryer could be provided in every room or at least two for larger family suites. Overall Verdict Despite the minor hairdryer inconvenience, this hotel offers fantastic value and is perfectly suited for families or groups who prioritize space and location. We had a wonderful, comfortable stay and would highly recommend it to fellow travelers.
