"The front desk service was abysmal; everyone had a miserable attitude. One female receptionist in particular was terrifying, acting like she was part of some high school bully clique. I have no idea why she was so impatient and she was extremely passive-aggressive. You can't check in until after 4:00 PM, and luggage is just piled up by the door with no tags and nobody watching it. Because the front desk counter is quite high, the staff hide behind it playing on their phones and can't see the bags at all. When I came back to pick up my luggage at check-out, there wasn't even anyone at the front desk—someone could have just walked off with it and nobody would have known. It's basically just a serviced apartment. There is only one elevator for 25 floors; one time I waited five minutes just to go down. The room floors and surfaces were filthy. There were no disposable slippers and no bath towels. You have to wait for the hot water to heat up, and the curtains couldn't be fully drawn. Plus, the layout was super bizarre: the bed faced a wooden door that opened directly to the external air conditioning compressor? Completely incomprehensible. Ride-hailing apps couldn't locate the place properly, so I had to walk around in circles every time. Anyway, I stayed one night and ran for the hills. It's been a long time since I've stayed in such a terrible hotel."

"Just okay for a night rate. Strong uncomfortable smell. However, constant windows open during day and night then, the smell evaporated. Reasonably priced, just okay stay if don't mind stains, dust and worn tiles and floor. It is small room but don't feel cramped. The AC takes time to cool whole room. Water pressure is pretty good and availability of hot water. This hotel common areas must detox. Dirty and the odors so Strong, don't want to stay long for elevator."

The hotel has excellent underfloor heating, and the room size is quite large for a Korean hotel. There's a small convenience store downstairs, and the outlets are universal, which is a nice touch."

"New hotel with island vibes aesthetic. Staff are friendly and speak enough English. Only thing to criticise is the breakfast. Coffee was good, but the food is a set menu and not buffet. It is a small mediterranean platter, sausage, salad, some bread and hummus. The breakfast was OK, but no choice at all for the menu, no way to change foods (since I don't eat pork) and no alternative dishes. It is also a small meal. For the money, and compared to peers, I expected much better food. That aside the hotel is very pleasant the pool on the 3rd floor is unusual for Korea and a great feature."

The bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were generally well-maintained, making for a very satisfying stay. The staff were also friendly, so I highly recommend this as accommodation for a trip to Busan!"

"The room was really nice and the staff there were all friendly and nice. The only small issue was that one of the staff told me that their rooms are equipped with special power sockets that support 110V to 220V but in fact it's the standard 220V only the socket is universal. And it broke the electric I brought and almost all the power sockets in my room for a night. Thanks to the staff who helped us inspect the issue and coordinate the electricians to fix this the next day."

"Arrived at the hotel early in the morning and was able to leave our luggage first. The staff were very helpful and showed us how to use Naver Maps. The hotel is very close to Nampo-dong, and there are two larger Olive Young stores nearby, as well as many dining options. Although I couldn't book a sea view room, the other room types were spacious enough. Around 6 or 7 am, we could hear people loading and unloading goods outside, which I'm not sure if it's due to its proximity to the fish market."
