Guest UserThis hotel is truly artistic and cozy, reflecting the owner's taste and dedication. It was the most comfortable stay of our entire trip.
The room was very spacious, with a separate workspace and plenty of beautiful stationery for journaling. I tried some of the materials, and they were all of excellent quality.
Both owners speak a bit of Chinese, and when we encountered a minor issue, the owner handled it wonderfully.
Even though breakfast isn't provided, they offer snacks, instant noodles, and two complimentary coffees. The owner also recommended some great breakfast spots nearby.
The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by many delicious eateries, and the commercial area is just a short walk away.
If I had one minor suggestion, it would be that the room ventilation isn't the best, with only a small window, which can affect the air circulation slightly.

Guest UserA excellent location with Exit 6 of subway to avoid stairs and only walk 2 minutes to go to the Hotel. Besides it is easy and nearby many attractions such as BIFF, Jagalchi fish market, Buoyeong Kkangtong market and so forth. Therefore, it is convenient for you dinning out with numerous choices around. The hotel room is spacious, cozy and cleanliness. The reception front desk staff are very polite, sincere and professional. The overall experience is wonderful and fanastic. However, one point that even we only take a shower with extra care and sure not splash water out. The water comes up around the gutter and leaking there so we need to put many towels on the floor to avoid slippery floor.

Aleks_GIn terms of value for money, the hotel is decent. The interior is pleasant and modern; it seems new, but it is no longer perfectly clean. In my room, for example, the toilet seat cover was taped with duct tape, there were splashes on the walls in some places, and stains on the ceiling. However, the rooms are cleaned well, towels are changed every day, and if you ask not to be disturbed, they leave everything you need in a basket outside your room.
The hotel is very conveniently located for a short visit to Busan (up to 3-4 days), close to the train station and between the main attractions (it takes about the same amount of time to get to each direction). The trains were not audible in the room, and overall the hotel is quite quiet.
I had a spacious room where I could open my suitcase normally, but there was still not enough storage space (at least more hangers for clothes are needed). There are also no cutlery in the room, which is a minus. There is a clothes styler - something like a steaming closet, which turned out to be convenient, as I didn't need an iron.
The pool area is relaxing, you can take beautiful photos, and the water is warm.
I didn't like the breakfasts. On weekdays, they are served à la carte, the selection is modest, and the coffee is not tasty. There are many coffee shops and cafes around the hotel, so it's better to go there.
I was very surprised that upon check-in, they asked for a deposit of 100,000 won (or a card). In 10 years of active travel, I have never encountered this anywhere in hotels especially without notification.

View - If you are keen in wharf / harbor view, this hotel (see images) is along the harbour next to wharf, Songdo, so there is no beach on the wharf. At 4am you can hear commotion at the wharf, interesting for a different view from city or sea view. Nearest Songdo beach is still at distance, it is not at door step.
Booked a large room for family of 4, comes with 1 Queen bed, 1 single, the last pax ended on the floor with Futons. (Although I indicated i had 4 pax, housekeeper does not seem to be aware, replenishes only for 3 pax?). Small hand towels are issued as bath towel, just be aware. Quite common for smaller hotel accommodation here (inn, AirBnB).
Floor heater, water heater works, daily housekeeping. Has bath tub not used at all for winter. Good balcony for sitting in the cold to watch the wharf bustle. Pax using futon had a few bites by bugs, not sure if flew in from outside the room, else the room is clean.
Nice open terrace at roof top with telescope to look into Lotte mall at distance, and the open sea after the bridge on the right.
Complimentary breakfast offering at basement kitchen is available until 9AM (not 9.30am) - kitchen staff will remind you to finish up at close to 9am, and please clear your dishes at collection area, discard leftovers, return cultery, utensils. Breakfast spread : Cereal with milk (only on weekend), ONE slice of toast with jam, egg/s, one fruit or yoghurt, one coffee/tea, ONE juice, one instant noodles (if you want). Only tried for first morning, other mornings has similar menu on the wall.
Staff - looks like husband wife team. Friendly to greet at reception at upper level.
Safety wise - As accommodation is located at harbour with large prime movers and containers movements, it is better to travel in groups to look out for each other. I note the drivers are generally careful to look out for pedestrians on the harbour, wharf. Can be a bit dark at night in the surrounding area of the accommodation.
Plus point - Double entrance door which allow you to lock inner door in case main door is being accessed externally.
Location - About 20mins or so by bus to Busan shopping area where the crowd is. Not too far,
The more popular tourist spots, beach sites is further up northeast at Haeundae beach, which is about 1 hour bus ride away.
Pricing -, for the pricing, there are better known hotel chains going at more economic rates. So need to do proper research before booking.
Else pleasant stay, simple, large room, no fanfare.

Guest UserI'm already missing this cozy place now that I'm back home writing this review 😭. As someone who's visited Busan multiple times, I genuinely recommend it. If you don't absolutely need an ocean view room, this is an incredibly good value for money option. It's just a short walk from the Line 3 subway station, and after a few stops on Line 3, you can transfer to Line 2, which gets you to Gwangalli or Haeundae in just a few more stops. Plus, the mattress here is super comfortable! I only stayed two nights this time and it wasn't enough! The air conditioning has an indirect wind mode, which keeps you feeling consistently dry without the discomfort of a direct cold blast. I'll definitely be staying here again next time 🥺 (P.S. The front desk lady immediately switched to Chinese mode when she saw my passport, so introverts, don't hesitate to book!)

Andrey SemakovThe location is superb, with a direct view of Gwangalli Beach and the bridge. These are apartments, so there is no cleaning service and you have to take care of everything yourself. Please also note that the hotel requires guests to sort and dispose of their own trash.
As a suggestion, it would be great to provide large bath towels for the shower. Also, the glass balcony is currently covered with frosted film, so when sitting down, you cannot see anything. Ideally, the film should be removed; otherwise, there is not much point in having chairs on the balcony.
On the positive side, the room is good, neat, and spacious. The furniture is nice, and there is a kitchen with everything you need. Overall, we liked everything, especially the location and the view. Thank you! We recommend it.

5 stars is Ctrip's limit, not this hotel's limit!!!!!
We stayed here for 6 days and 5 nights, and on the fourth day, I sprained my ligament. A big thank you to the front desk lady at Lavie D'or Haeundae for helping us find a large hospital 400 meters from the hotel on the map. We were in and out in 2 hours. She also reassured me that many people sprain their ankles in Korea, and she was very kind.
Facilities: Excellent. The toilet was automatic, and the shower had great water pressure and was super hot. The only minor issue was that the blinds let in too much light, making it very bright in the mornings. I'd suggest adding blackout curtains.
Hygiene: Very clean, spotless.
Environment: Good. The room was spacious, with plenty of room even with two large suitcases open.
Service: The front desk was incredibly helpful, providing whatever we needed. Housekeeping is every 4 days, and you can pick up water and fresh towels downstairs daily.

The place was a bit dirty when we arrived, hair in the bathroom in the sink and some stains on the walls as well. Walls are extremely thin, you can hear people outside of your room and your neighbors enjoying their night. For the price I paid, I’m not going to complain.
However, the workers were extremely nice, if you don’t mind the transportation time, I would recommend.

Im a first timer in busan, saw a travel blog sharing this hotel location and service is great and pricing is afforable. I paid about 150 per night for double room (for 2pax).
Encounter quite a few issues but because one of the staff (a young man) his service is the best there and it provide me some comfort.
1) bath towel shortage
I was given face towel x2 as a replacement for bath towel. I only know this after i ask on the 2nd day. I also mentioned there were no bottle drinks replaced. So when someone come over and pass me, he told me no more bath towel and gave me 2 x face towel and a semi wet bath towel. Then he wanted to come in and see if i lied about the mineral water. When he open the fridge he saw the drinks (3 bottled) and say there is drink but these were yesterday ones and i asked for 1 only. From what i see, when they come in clean the room, of the room still have water and towel they will not replace or they will replace half?
2) staff being rude
There was this guy, probably middle age i encounter him on 4 Apr night time, i went to inform no bath towel on the 1st day. The room only had 1 bath towel and 4x face towel. So counter dont know of the towel shortage. He give me a unhappy face and ask me ”so”, ”what you want”... im speechless and i dont want to spoil my holiday mood. I told him i will comw later to get and he says 1st come 1st serve he dont have so many at the counter. :(
3) no aircon
This seems to be a norm for most hotel during cold season. So i had to open rhe balcony door and it was noisy.
Anyway i will not come back to this hotel to stay but i must say the location is great. Just beside the traditional market and the stretch has loads of restuarant.

Guest UserThe good
- clean room
- very comfortable bed and bedding
- great sound proofing within the hotel
- great if you’re going out all day
The bad
- I stayed 4 days and there was only 1x housekeeping. I was told this on check in. But this was not on the booking details. You have to inform them before 1pm each day.
- a semi wet bathroom
- facing the main road, you can hear the vehicles (I was on the 7th floor)
- toiletries are not provided and need to be purchased from vending machine (not a problem but should be listed on booking)
- other than Nampo, and Jalgachi seafood market. There’s not much around, and it’s quite far from everything else in Busan.
- I asked for an extra pillow 1 night, and the front desk said “house keeping has closed for the day”. Ok even if that’s the case, surely they can go into the store room themselves to get me an extra pillow. I wasn’t asking for them to clean or anything.
- this weird vending machine looking thing was also on my counter and it didn’t even work. No clue what it’s for.
