I was confused, why hotels with way less stars have a microwave and safe box in their rooms and this fancy hotel has NON.

Ellen at the front desk was extremely professional and friendly for check-in. Our room was very clean and the location of the hotel was conveniently located. The only negative thing I'd have to say about the experience is we recieved a call in regard to a noise complaint at 7:30PM. We were very confused because our kids were getting ready for bed and we were barely making noise. The room above us though was quite noisey so I think there may have been confusion. I think it could've been addressed in a different way and seemed accusatory that we were the culprits.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was there to celebrate my niece and nephews birthdays with a party and the hotel was very accommodating. I look forward to returning soon.

First time staying in Cazenovia for a college visit and this will be our go to Hotel if our son picks to go to school in the area. Friendly staff, large comfy rooms.

Hotel is clean. Bed was hard. Pillows were like sacks with socks in them. There was a huge window (see picture) directly in front of our bed and the middle six feet or so of the window had white sheer curtains. The rest of the curtains (on either side of the white sheer curtains) were thick dark greyish but they were fixed and didn’t close the gap. Needless to say, bright light comes through straight to your face! Hope you didn’t want to sleep in! Clean, newer hotel but not much on comfort! King bed was nice and big but a mattress topper would go a long way!

Its always a pleasure staying at this resort. The rooms are clean and service is excellent. The complementary breakfast is always delicious. This hotel is my go to every time I visit this town.
