The initial room 328 had a very strong mold odor like basement, but later upon my complaint was changed to 314 on the same floor and that was better.

Solid hotel in the city center of Cancun - I can recommend it.

Had all the fixings of a great hotel. However, corners were cut in ways to make for a better experience. The room was not as nice and clean as pictured. The shower did not have great pressure. Our toilet barely flushed. You’ll also benefit from using ear plugs.

Nice hotel, good location, not far from transportation station. The service attitude at the front desk is also good. Most of the questions can be answered by them.

Very good hotel. Reasonable prices compared to most of Cancun. We will come back.

The hotel room was comfortable. Didn’t really have any amenities available but there are shops and supermarket close by to be able to get some. The shower in my room was very weak for the water coming out and there was not much hot water so the water was not warm at all for showering. Bathroom was spacious and so was the room tho. Overall an ok place to stay for a short time.

Convenient location for a night, very close to the Ado bus station.

The hotel has a good looking entry / face but the room are pretty bad looking, it looks like they just build it and didn’t finish it, it’s just concrete and there is no deco ! My toilet couldn’t be flushed I had to put off the lid and do it by the inside. My door was really really hard to open Good for couple days but not for a week

Outstanding 4 star mexican hotel. The restaurant is good, the staff is excellent and accomodating. The rooms are nicely supplied and ordered. The house keeping great. The location is right on the main road to Cancun *****, but close to city amenities also. The parking garage is right underneath the hotel, very convenient but might be filled in the busy season. Would definitely book again.

Although it is far from the hotel zone, it has good access to downtown and the bus terminal. The room was also clean and spacious.

This hotel is located in downtown, with a supermarket right in front of it. It is located away from the so-called luxury hotels, but it is quite convenient for going to Islammujeres. It is affordable and easy on the wallet for long-term stays. Unfortunately, the shower in the room I stayed in only had cold water, which was a real pain. If you're unlucky, that might happen.

The hotel is quite big, and it is in downtown Cancun. There is a night market and a lot of street food just outside the door. There is also a supermarket next to it. The location is next to the ADO bus station, which is very convenient. But let's be honest, the hotel provides insufficient personal supplies, including toothpaste, toothbrushes and slippers.

The hotel is very close to the ADO bus station. I had to catch the 6am flight the next day, so I took the 4am ADO bus to the airport and decided to stay near the bus station. In addition, I joined a one-day tour to see the Mayan Pyramids. The meeting point was more than ten minutes’ walk from the hotel, and the meeting time was 5:40 in the morning. So I decided to live near ADO station, and there are different restaurants and night markets nearby. The hotel is more comfortable than expected, meets expectations, and is cost-effective.
