Hotels near Reserva Estatal Laguna Manatí in Cancun

A very good value for money hotel, because I drove out to play during the day, so I didn't live in an all-inclusive hotel. The hotel looks from the outside and there is no hole in it after entering. There is also a large pool. The car is parked on the steps of the hotel and it is safe. The hotel also provided breakfast for free, staying with local tourists and whites, without Asian faces.

The hotel was okay for the price and located in the Downton area of Cancún. The staff was nice. The only downside was that I got my room assigned at the top floor and there was no elevator. The cleanliness of the room was okay.

Too expensive, good service

Good value and location outside of the beach area. Nice room and convenience. Close to the shopping mall with various restaurants and Food Court inside. A lot of inexpensive Mexican restaurants around the hotel.

Avoid this place like the plague or expect to get what you pay for. We stayed here for just 12 hours and even that was pure suffering. Check in was from a disinterested receptionist. All sorts of dodgy people staying here. Our room was opposite a room with locals that were having a party with maximum music volume - with the door fully open and things strewn all over the room. Directly across my room and visible from the peep hole. The noise ended at 3am and began again now as I type, at 0630. Screaming, shouting, banging on doors. I have stayed in MANY sorts of places and this is by far the worst - I have never given a one star review before. Not to mention, noise insulation was non-existent and you can hear every pebble rolling around in the main road outside along with the trucks and motorcycles etc. Hotel management not bothered, probably complicit with the activities themselves. And seeing as to how this is Mexico and I am a female traveller, I could hardly confront anyone myself for fear of some sort of retribution. I did not feel safe here at all. If I could add a video to this review of the things we experienced during our one night stay here, I would.

I booked 3 days and paid all the money online, but the hotel also said that I did not receive the money for 3 days. I was asked to pay the room fee in cash every day. I contacted the customer service. I said that I would contact the hotel every day. Going to the front desk, the hotel insisted that it did not receive the money and could not be refunded. Take the airport bus and get off at the ADO bus station. It takes only 2 minutes to walk. It is very convenient. It is very safe in the lively area of the old city. There is a supermarket nearby, and there is a Chinese restaurant. The room is not too big, it is clean.
