The bed was very old, the TV has a crack in the middle of the screen, water leak in the closet, mold in the ceiling, ceiling fell down in the entrance bathroom doors wood is peeling, there’s a door with a hole in it, light fixtures are full of dust, main entrance was full of water ever time we came in.

The little apartment was well equipped for a couple of people, updated clean and quiet. It is very close to the airport and 5 minutes in traffic from the rental car off airport property.

Perfect for our first night in Puerto Rico. Arrived late so nice to have a quiet spot not far from the airport to get our bearings. Host was very good at giving directions for entry, etc. Would stay again.

The property owner was super responsive. Checking in and out was easy and their communication was rerally good. I did not have any questions and getting into the property was secure and easy. I would consider staying with them again.

This whole thing was a mistake. Was with spouse at Suites for 6 nights and not once while there were we able to shower with hot water; not even warm or semi warm water. Water was cold the entire week. I’d call or text every day. They call back and say they are having the water problem fixed. The next day water still cold and another excuse and they have someone coming over to fix. Everyday a different excuse and a new lie. They said the problem with the water was due to not enough sunlight since they had solar. There was sunlight everyday even when it rained. Everyday I would speak to someone who would guarantee the cold water issue would be fixed by the next morning and nothing was fixed. What can be worst than to spend the day sweating, in the sun or the beach and go back to your room and barely be able to complete three minutes in the shower washing up because the water is too cold. The advertisement says no room service. If no room service, no one should enter the room. While out, we also found at least once someone did enter the room. We didn’t complain about it because we know better than to leave valuables in a place we are not happy with already. I mentioned to reception how badly their service and their lying was making ******* look. Still no reply to my comment. We may consider before searching through ******* again. Segovia Suites is Out. If possible I‘d demand a refund but I think their idea is to steal from the customers and not care who it affects or looks bad.

I've stayed here before and we really liked it. This time there was an issue with the keys and accessing our rooms. Wifi didn't work well and at the 2nd room it wouldn't connect at all. A bit frustrating. Communication with the hist was great but I had to use my hot spot to watch tv. Place is clean, safe & quiet.

The property itself was good. The area seemed safe and it was close to a main highway. Problems getting the television to work. The communication with host was not perfect. Overall, the stay was OK.

No person to show us room or to check in to. A guy who stays there kind of helped us. He gave us the number we can call & showed us where the keys were. Never met the manager. Place was clean. Kitchenette was great but would have appreciate to have stove top.

Checking instructions should be given at the time of booking and not by calling or messaging the property manager which wasn't answering the phone or replying text messages.
