No air conditioning for the first five days, dodgy electrics, bathroom lights kept flickering, only 2 of the 4 wall sockets worked in the room. the ***ager Sanjay was very rude when reporting. The pool is in a state of disrepair and doesn’t look like the photos, tiles came off underfoot, pool filters never on and had to clean it ourselves. Large chunks of concrete broken on the pathway caused my partner to fall. Asked for a refund for the first five nights, but ***ager laughed in my face. I refused to drink in the bar and give them any more money, there are far better places in cavellosim. Please avoid like the plague, there are cheaper places with better facilities. The place does not look like the photos, not an umbrella in sight.

Very Unprofessional and rude ***ager Very poor service in the Restaurant you have to call them every time you need anything even being an empty Restaurant No hot water Wallpaper came off the wall. Wash basin has a cracks and broken Rooms in very bad state. Please avoid.

Wonderful time at this beautiful quiet and yet only 5 minutes walk to the centre of Cavelossim. The staff with Lucas and Sanjay ***** with two other boys were so helpful and nothing was a trouble. Chalet room was kept very clean by the housekeepers. Swimming pool was fantastic. Dixon the owner was always on hand to help with any issues or seeking advice. Will definitely return to this little gem. Thanks

This is a small cabin styled resort getaway nesteled in greenery. The service is absolutely great and the in-house restaurant serves really good food. The owner, Dickson, is a really good well travlled chap, he did help me optimise my itinerary with his local knowledge. I would highly recommend anybody looking for a HomeStay styled resort experience to give this place a try. Note to travellers: I will make sense to have a 4-wheeler or a 2-wheeler when you stay at this place as access to market is a commute away.

Day 5 of our Goa vacation and our family of 17 visited this place for dinner. The owner guided us on Wednesday when they get a fresh catch of sea food. The place is located in midst of a agriculture field, where in night silence plays a perfect folly to a family get together. Curated food for our family as follows: (Veg) Stuffed Mushroom, Hara Bara Kebab, Paneer Kebab (Veg) Mushroom Xacuti, Bhendi Stuffed, Veg Caldin, Jeera Rice (Non-veg) Prawns Masala, Meckral Rechardo, Squids Butter Garlic, Pmfret Curry, Chicken Cafreal, Modso Rawa Masala Unable to comment on in-house and room facilities as we visited only for family dinner. The silence, will get on to you city people, be ready to be enchanted.
