Overall, the experience is good, but not great.
The resort is beautiful. Though the pools can get really crowded, we still enjoyed our time with the other visitors, who were mostly Koreans. Unfortunately, we didn't get to explore much as we could only stay for one night.
The service staff are friendly and very accommodating. You won't find a staff member who isn't smiling or greeting you.
However, the big downside is the food. We think it's not really worth the price. We've been to many resorts/ hotels that offer better value than what we actually paid for.
We'd definitely recommend JPark to our friends and families, but we probably wouldn't come back again.

This was a nice resort. The service staff were kind and accommodating and let me check in early and upgraded my room when I told them I’m checking out at midnight and won’t even be sleeping over. It was so nice to just enjoy a pool day right before our 2:40 am flight. We had fun, took naps, and didn’t have to go to their airport too early to wait around. The evening buffet was delicious. We wanted to get a massage but the price was too much compared to other places. The beach was great to snorkel and we had a lot of fun looking at the fish. They had a fire show by the pool in the evening.
Just a few concerning points:
-The water from the shower was warm but didn’t get hot enough to enjoy so we had to take a bath instead which provided a good temperature
- They need to update their carpet in the room so it looks more modern. This carpet looks like from the 90s. I know it can’t be that old but it’s got that vibe.
-Two slides in the kids’ area were closed and not able to be used
-Wave pool was closed
I guess I knew this would happen. When you go to these kinds of places, there’s always something that’s closed or broken.
-The beach sand is very hard, wear water shoes
All in all, it’s a nice resort. Very bustling, full of energy and lovely.

My family visited JPark after so many years and it didnt disappoint. Along with us are 2 other families and we all had a good time.
The only downside is that the water heater in all our 3 rooms didn’t work.

Very good resort. Lot of Koreans there, and our kids really like the atmosphere and clean sea side.
The room service is nice and reception staff so freindlly.
We will visit again in the future.

Very large hotel with just nearly everything you need. All the pools are excellent. The water slides are great. The breakfast is busy but it is also caters for every nationality. The food at the restaurants if first class. The rooms could do with a bit of a touch up but if you can get over that this place has it all.

j park was the last on our Cebu trip. I thought a good resort will make us relax before leaving...but NO...this should have been the first on the trip. if you are planning to stay here, this is a good tip to have a full experience. although the the check in is 3pm, you can use the water park as soon as it opens, also you can still use it after your check out until the park closes. the pools and slides are fun, the beach area is great during sunset. a lot of in-house resto and bars but you can also grab your meals without corkage, if you eat it in your room. the connecting suits we booked were spacious and clean. bathroom has shower and tub area, the beds are soooo comfy, and the view is breathtaking. all in all, it was the cherry at the top of our vacation...and pls don't forget to claim your photo shoot. worth it!

Customer service was overall great other than one bad encounter at the Abalone restaurant when one of the "boss" was rude as I ordered specialty coffee because I did not know my table number. I simply turned around to go figure out my table number however I overheard him giving the next guest in line the same attitude but in a demeaning tone instructing guest to go back to his table and find out his table number. Facilities were as expected. Other stuff like mini golf, go cart, chess you need to pay extra to use. Not so all inclusive. Food was great! They have Chinese, Korean and Japanese cuisine. Western food too. Overall had a great time and experience.

Located near the airport, it's just a 30-minute trip from the hotel. Although our flight is at night, you can conveniently store your luggage at the front desk and continue to enjoy the hotel's facilities.
From the beach, you can snorkeling and find nemo.
The water activities are fantastic for kids aged 2 to 12, ensuring they have great days here. The breakfast is excellent, and we received a complimentary suite upgrade for four people.
It can be a bit crowded since many others are taking advantage of the same amenities, but overall, we had a fantastic day in Cebu.
