Location was amazing. Staff not that friendly. Unsatisfactory Breakfast options. Pool restrictions were ridiculous. Bathroom in our room was to small. Not enough water bottles. Towels were old. Needs improvement

Buena atención, excelentes instalaciones, ubicación perfecta, las habitaciones muy cómodas y no entra nada de luz por lo que puedes dormir plácidamente, solo no desayuné porque no tuve tiempo pero todo estuvo muy bien

hay detalles a mejorar como una regadera que no tire agua como si fuera la llave del lavadero poder controlar la intensidad del aire acondicionado. el desayuno es muy bueno, pero falta más variedad

No comunicaron que la piscina estaría fuera de servicio un miércoles de 7 a 2 de la tarde y además tampoco nos alertaron de que no funcionaba frigobar y se echaron a perder nuestros alimentos
