Hotels in Pahar Ganj, New Delhi

Easy accessibility, good services. We reached after midnight, however, there were service personnel at the reception. Ac worked well. There are some areas of improvement: towels were not soft because of repeated use. There were a few mosquitos in the room and availability of repellent was not there.

I had them pick me up at the airport. I was a little late, but the response was very good. The location of the hotel is very car-driven, and I was a little worried that I could hear the horn day and night. The people at the front desk were also very polite, but even though I booked a plan with breakfast, I was told that an additional fee was required because it was not included, and we booked a tour. It was said that our plan was cheaper because it was expensive, and the customer service was like seeing the feet to take money with something, so I refused it clearly or refrained from making a reservation immediately. Show me You should be able to do it. Other than that, security was firm, the room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious.

Given the location, the hotel is nice. The rooms were compact and bed was comfy. It was okayish in terms of cleanliness and services. Out of the 4 sockets in the room only 1 was working. The courtyard is a nice place to sit. The only other problem is that to take the metro you need to take an auto because it’s on the opposite side and not very walkable. But the New Delhi railway station is easily accessible.

The best thing about the hotel was that it was reasonably priced. The doorman was very nice and friendly. Receptionists were generally friendly, but the female sometimes had a little attitude. I would not book in this location again. This hotel in particular is off a narrow street that is not accessible by car so you have to walk a few minutes to the intersection or 10 minutes to a major intersection because the nearby street is VERY congested all the time. This area is also very densely populated and taxi's take forever to arrive and exit The hotel was not the cleanest. I was not expecting much, but there were a few ants and flying insects in the room. There were stains on the sheets and towels. I stayed for multiple days and I didn't receive room service once. They did call and ask me once if I wanted it, but that day I had declined. The shower water was not hot (but acceptable warm if turned all the way hot) during the daytime. Only during the evening was the water scalding hot. The shower tile was not angled deep enough or the drain was clogged and there was always about 3-5cm of water pooled at the bottom. The sink was outside in view of the room which was fine, but the faucet is over 40 inches above the basin which caused the water to splash out a lot. The breakfast was ok. The presentation and color was great, but the flavor was lacking.

I liked that it was not far from the train station, the staff was friendly and approachable. The bed linen is clean, the shower is working, the towel is clean. Just the place to spend the night 👍 The hotel is located on the Main Bazaar, which is an additional plus, you don’t have to go anywhere, everything is at hand, pharmacies, street food, clothes.

Service is excellent and good amenities and easy location near all locations like metro, railway station

The location is next to the train station, with a night market downstairs, very lively and convenient. The room is well decorated, and the bathroom and toilet are also very clean and sanitary.

Very nice place at efficient price, rooms are clean specially the washroom and staff is very supporting. They will no bother if you delay the check out. The other best thing is locality very near to new delhi railway station. Loved the stay.

Vey hard to review. The location...I mean you book a Hotel in Paharganj so you can not complain you are in Paharganj.LOL I found the Market nearby really good. Lobby and Staff is amazing...I received a warm welcome and staff was always ready to help and auper sweet. I felt safe as I am a female traveling alone. So that is very important. I do feel like this Hotel matched the famous saying ”clean for Indian standards” maybe. So far I did not understand what people meant cause all my previous hotels were top notch. This one is a bit older, needs to be freshened up and therefore seems a bit more dirty also. The sheets seemed clean and towels-although discolored-had a reassuring smell of bleach. All in all...maybe a better place for Paharganj , amazing staff and safety.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Totally it was very nice thank you
