I booked a prepaid stay at this hotel, including breakfast, but due to a last-minute transportation cancellation, I had to cancel my reservation. I spoke with 3 different hotel representatives over the phone, and they all assured me that cancellation would not be a problem given the circumstances. However, when I followed up, the hotel refused to refund or modify my prepaid booking. Despite my polite requests and explanations, the hotel was only interested in taking my money without providing any service or accommodation. They kept delaying a decision and ultimately told me that the prepaid booking could not be changed or canceled. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, especially from what is supposed to be a 5-star establishment. I ended up paying completely out of pocket for a stay that never happened, all because the hotel prioritized keeping my money over addressing my valid situation and requests. I would strongly caution anyone from booking with this hotel, as their customer service is severely lacking, and they do not seem to value their guests or act in good faith. An absolutely pathetic experience overall!

So far good location. BUT not much choice on food hope can improve the food menu

Great hotel

I study in Chandigarh University so I regularly keep visiting Chandigarh for weekend fun but it was my first stay at Novotel Chandigarh Tribune Chowk and it turned out to be a truly enjoyable experience. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, immediately making me feel welcome. As I entered the lobby, I was impressed by the Porsche car center, which added a luxurious touch to the hotel's atmosphere. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of space to relax. The bed was cozy, and the overall setup made me feel right at home. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring that everything was perfect throughout my stay. Special thanks to Miksha and Anshika at the lobby, who were very helpful in explaining everything and making my stay even more comfortable. The cafeteria was quiet, clean, and provided a pleasant dining experience. I enjoyed French fries, sandwiches, and waffles, all of which were delicious and well-prepared. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant stay in Chandigarh.

I have been to curves bar multiple time and get the experience which is next to exceptional. The service and food is just fabulous. Special shout out for chef aman who made best chilli cheese toast and Rajat who always serves us well and gives us excellent experience. Best place to chill out. Their alfresco sitting is very peaceful and a perfect place for beautiful evening.

I recently stayed at Novotel Mohali, and I had a wonderful experience! The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Ravneet, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. From the warm welcome to his attention to detail, Ravneet truly made a positive impact on my visit. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. I had a great stay at Novotel Chandigarh. The staff were amazing and very friendly. My personal favourite was Ravneet and Sumit. The price is also very reasonable for a 5 star hotel. The decorations during christmas were wonderful as well....

Loved the stay in Novotel Chandigarh . EVERYTHING WAS UP TO THE MARK . Weather if it's food or the staff . Ms Jasmine took my check -in and met Garima in the lobby . They both were so polite and respectful towards me . My wife and I both loved the place cause it was our anniversary and it became worth it to stay here .

Very nice hotel Staff are really polite and learned Must visit for tourist to Chandigarh Great personal hygiene in washrooms well maintained gym great ambience and decoration for Christmas and love meeting the roaming and moving Santa aa

So recently I stayed at Novotel Chandigarh. It was very comfortable and my check in and check out went quite smooth . I dont have to wait for so long. I met Taruna ,Sumit , Anshika, Garima, Abhishek , Deva , Archie , jasmine and they were so polite towards me . I loved the stay will be coming next month
