Put the sign on the bed to change bed sheet BUT never change ? ? ? Shower gel etc. also never top up ? ? ?

Stayed in Novotel for a night .my room was quiet and comfy.bathroom was clean.So are the bedsheets. I had my dinner in the restaurant.Food was ok. Staff was really courteous,professional and accommodating.Priya let me check in a bit earlier. I had a wonderful experience staying in Novotel.Thank you very much everyone.kind regards,Kkhush

Food and service is very good thanks for everything. Food was very tempting and delicious. And also recommend my family and friends. Would love to come back again to the city beautiful and Novotel staff service was impeccable and special attention given by the staff members Mr rajat ms Archie and Mr stev. Thanks for making our stay comfortable.

Best option to stay in this area of Chandigarh. Good spacious, clean and hygenic room with all morden ameneties. Good comfy perfect bed/pillow for better sleep. Good food option for breakaft & in-room dining option. Professional staff and great service.

I stayed at Novotel Chandigarh recently it was my comfortable stay.. actually it was my first visit in Chandigarh and I stayed with this luxurious Novotel property where the room services was very nice the location was amazing and the Front desk team was very disciplined and Friendly..I want to mention the names Priya ,Anshika and Rajat they were very helpful best of luck for their future.

I stayed at Novotel chandigarh first time. It was amazing stay at this property.....the room service was very perfect and the food was very delicious....it was clean rooms I really like the lobby which is very clean we met people's from front desk they are very good Anshika and pria

Great rooms and perfect breakfast. Enjoyed my stay! The staff was very polite and respectful. The rooms were made up neatly. There was cleanliness and tidiness and nicely lit up rooms. I would definitely recommend and would want to visit again soon!

Good and spacious room.Daily cleaning Nice breakfast.Only missing item is swimming pool.location on main road.Easy access to transport . Airport access is good .Want to visit again for next time. Only worry is rates are slightly higher side comparison with equivalent

It was my first stay at Novotel Chandigarh. My experience was fairly good and would be looking forward for more visits. Special mention for Ms. Yashnoor who was there at the time of checkin, one of the finest staff in whole hotel appreciate her work and hospitality. Thanks to all the staff of hotel all the services was very good.

Had an awesome stay , ambience is great ! Breakfast buffet is vast , has so many options. Hospitality is good , service is quick .. Will be coming back soon, highly recommended....!! Our favourite go to hotel ...must visit while in chandigarh

It was really great staying here especially warm greetings and help by Anshika and a warm goodbye at the front desk by sumit. I will try to choose novotel everytime I come to Chandigarh. All the staff is very nice and breakfast was also delicious. Thanks

Perfect stay for family. Food is just awesome. The only thing I disappointed from is they don’t provide swimming pool facility .Rest is good. I want to mention two person’s name specifically from their staff Aanshika and Sumit. If you feel like any kind of problem they will immediately provide you service. Also I thankful to Priya from front desk
