This was my 3rd time staying at this hotel. I always received a good service. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and close to the Mall of Istanbul. The rooms are modern and clean. I stayed at the large corner suite, and it was very large and had floor to ceiling windows throughout the room and the bathroom. Lovely city views throughout. I will be back again. Great value for money too.

Dirty, old and uncomfortable hotel. I don’t suggest anyone to stay in this hotel.

I like to stay here because it is well located if you are by car. The room is spacious and quiet to sleep away from the traffic. The breakfast is ample and delicious. Floor 15 you can fitness out and relax.

The lady at the front desk (sorry, I forgot her name) was very kind because she helped me change rooms. My husband and I really love the view from our room, 1318.

No access’s to metro by foot … with no taxi location is unreachable … blocked from the rest of the world by plenty of construction Job sites…

Absolutely AMAZING views, clean, with excellent services. l called for iron and ironing board and received them within mins. The services are excellent ALL ROUND. There is always someone to help and the phone service was brilliant. All the staffs: from the concierge, cleaners, cafeteria, front desk, etc were professionals, helpful, friendly and kind. The amenities ( swimming pool, gym etc) were on the top floor with absolutely 'out of the world' views, facing The mall of Istanbul. The breakfasts were superb !!..they included dishes like rice, spaghetti, pasta, chicken nuggets etc. How is that for variety :)). I enjoyed my stay immensely. Will be there again....for sure.

A more than wonderful hotel. I wish I had known it before. When we arrived, the employee, Mr. Cüneyit, was at the reception. He was extremely polite, cooperative, and had a smiling face. He completed the check-in process for us perfectly. And the rest of the employees were at the service of other guests at the same time. At the moment, everyone was doing their best work. The suite was clean and not worn out, and the view was very beautiful and overlooked Istanbul Mall. The suite was on the 31st floor, but I did not feel a problem waiting for the elevator, as there were many elevators. At first I booked for two days, then I extended the reservation. I made the decision to book this hotel every time I visited Istanbul, as I found comfort there. Thanks to God first, then thanks to everyone in the hotel. I stayed at the hotel for 4 days in a row, and throughout my stay, the service of the reception staff was extremely cooperative and respectful. Unfortunately, I did not recognize their names, but from here I thank them all... Yes, this is the first time I have stayed at Rotana, but it will definitely not be the last, God willing.

Room service very bad, called few times for iron but they never sent and each time they apologize but never sent the iron for three days. Room not clean… the dust under the tables and old furniture. The bathroom and toilet never cleaned properly… each time something incomplete … missing towels, shampoo, soap… I gave up complaining… it did not make a difference… The bathroom Windows leak cold air and freezing … especially rooms at the end of the hall 501, 601, 701, etc Very bad experience…. Will never go back again
