Unexpectedly, the service at the front desk of this hotel is not very good. I arrived after 12 noon and said that the room was not cleaned. It is understandable. While waiting, I heard the front desk making a noise (probably a colleague) in front of the guests. Is this appropriate? I checked in at 3 o'clock in the afternoon and asked the front desk if room A was non-smoking. Front desk B answered that you had booked two elegant double rooms and you were supposed to stay in the upper room. The room was not cleaned and one of them could be moved to the middle room for you. . Does this have anything to do with my problem? The attitude isn't great either. When we got to the room, as soon as we opened the door, there was a musty smell. The carpet was very dirty. It had not been cleaned for a long time. The same was true for the sofa and the table. When the lights were turned off at night, a layer of dust appeared on the floor. I didn't expect this to be the case. The bathroom configurations in the two rooms are also different. When I called the front desk from the room phone, no one answered, but when I called the cell phone, someone answered. I needed soap in both rooms, so I called the front desk, and the front desk said they would send you a room. It would be inconvenient for the children to sleep in, and it would not be convenient for the elderly to run back and forth. They explained to me that the robot only executes one command when delivering things. Um, can you let him deliver it twice? Let the guests deliver it themselves? This sense of service? I went out and waited for a long time (for fear that the robot would call the room and wake up the child). When he didn't come up for a long time, the front desk told me that he was already in the elevator. My room was right next to the elevator. The four elevators had been motionless for almost 10 minutes. Are you telling me that you are already in the elevator? Really are. . Poor service and poor hygiene. I really don’t think this is living in Lavande.

I thought it was Lavande, but it turned out to be fake. The room was not clean and it felt like a private hotel. In addition, the service was not up to par. I didn't eat breakfast. Overall, it was poor.

This is my first time staying in a hotel without air conditioning.

房間很大，有60平米。房裡乾淨整潔，智能化設施齊全。家庭房是套房，有獨立門，衞生間寬敞，有大浴缸。有單獨衣帽間。
