首先酒店地理位置是不錯，離地鐵站很近。但是酒店房間環境一言難盡，寫着部分過道窗，實際預訂的這種房型全是這種房間沒得換，頁面提示不明顯很難留意到。打開房門一股味道，為此開了好久的門來通風，而且被子也有一股黴味，反饋前台讓換條乾淨的被子才好些，排氣扇的聲音也很響，我一個睡眠很好的人都睡不踏實。總之慎重選擇。

【真實經歷曝光！避雷這家“鬼店”式寵物友好酒店！】
10月3日入住該酒店，體驗堪稱恐怖片現場+服務災難！半夜十二點半，房間語音助手突然反覆自言自語，燈光自動狂閃，嚇得我心臟驟停！用房間電話聯繫前台房間的電話是壞的，無奈用手機打酒店總機，每次等待1分半才接通，效率低到離譜。
值班男生接到投訴後沉默以對，衹會派一名男保安來“查看”。我獨自住宿且已休息，酒店竟未提前徵求同意就讓陌生男性進入房間！摸黑開門時胳膊擦傷一大塊皮，又痛又氣！
更諷刺的是，酒店標榜“寵物友好”，但我的家人帶狗經過大堂竟被工作人員質問“誰讓你們上來的”，還要求把毛孩子關廁所禁聲？！對待寵物如此雙標，對住客安全如此漠視，徹底拉黑！
總結：硬件詭異+應急無能+服務冷漠，花錢買驚嚇，千萬別踩坑！

1,前台未經同意給我換了價更低的房型，發現後才改回原本的房型
2,酒店的床單上有補丁，應該是很久沒有換新了
