This hotel is one of the cleanest hotels that I have ever been in, and if you ask the assistant to help you carry your luggage to the floor they will gladly help you also if you look outside the view is absolutely amazing I would definitely recommend this hotel if you ever come to Changsha

Nice service, staff are very helpful. It’s close to many nice cafes and bars. Room is spacious with nice view.

We had an awesome stay at the hotel! It looks absolutely gorgeous and bougie feel. We were treated very warmly by the very friendly staff. Managed to get a free upgrade to a room directly overlooking Xiang River! The only thing is that the metro station is quite a long walk away from the hotel. Breakfast has a good spread for sure but food quality can be better and food can be made warmer. Will you stay there again!

Wanda Vista is a fantastic place to stay! The staff are top notch, friendly, helpful, you name it. On my travels I rarely encountered a hotel that is so welcoming and makes you feel at home from the minute you arrive! If you enjoy iSPA treatments, you should definitely check out the SHUI SPA on the 31st floor, my best so far! If you’re in luck, Alice will greet you, and treat you with the most relaxing SPA!

The hotel and the breakfast were great. However, dopest 4000Yuan has been taking.

I had an exceptional stay at Wanda Vista Changsha. The hotel’s location is fantastic, with stunning views of the Xiang River. The room was luxurious, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The staff was attentive and courteous, and the breakfast buffet had an impressive selection. Highly recommend for a memorable stay in Changsha!

A very average experience, a symptom of the corporate no longer being solvent. Airconditining has a mind of its own, no matter how you set your desired temperature the room temperature stayed at 25C all night. Too hot for a good nights sleep

This is a really excellent hotel ! I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The location is great and within easy reach of all main sites and the underground system. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I had dinner twice in the Chinese restaurant on 5th floor and both times this was excellent. However, the greatest asset of this hotel is definitely its staff. All staff members are all really efficient with a great attitude and also a nice smile. From the moment I entered until I left, it was right through an excellent experience with all the staff I came across, be it in reception, housekeeping, restaurant or concierge. I have to especially mention Jack, who I believe is the Head Concierge. I asked him how can I buy tickets for the river night cruise, and he arranged everything for me. He called the boat cruise company, bought the tickets for me, sent me the QR code, sent me very detailed on how to arrive at the pier, and sent me messages later in the evening to see whether I had arrived and whether I took the boat. He also gave me his contact details and asked me to call him if I encounter any issues or need any translations. This service attitude of this person is unbelievable and I really want to thank him for all his great support. I really recommend this hotel to whoever visits Changsha.

A luxury hotel in a great location, you can have a river view. The service is top. Breakfast is good they also have local foods. You have many choices. The only negative point that I can say is the amenities in the toilet are too simple for a luxury hotel.

All the staff iare very helpful and polite. Sorry that I only remember two guys named Jimi Chang, and Mark Chan. Definitely will stay at this hotel when I visit Changsha in the future. 🙏🙏
