Especially thanks to A front desk clerk: Hu Xinyi (胡心怡）who help us to book the tickets for touring Juzizhou and Yuelushan parks, also help us to book the taxi to the airport. She is so lovely and considerable.

A vast swimming pool - making a hot summer so cool!
The swimming pool in this hotel is unique and special - it’s 50 x 25 meters, enormous! No other five-star hotels in Changsha is equipped with such a large swimming pool, and it opens long hours from noon till 22:00! Diving into the deep crystal water anytime in the hot afternoon really cools you down and helps you relaxing- incredible! Will come back again and more through the summer ^_^

Very old hotel but in good location next to the review, smoking smell is bad in the room. Breaker is so so and should not rank for 5 star

Exceptional service. I had left my razor during a previous stay two months ago. When I came back they had kept it for me. I never even asked them to do that. ☺️☺️☺️😍😍😍😍

Good points:
1. Font Office staffs provided excellent services.
2. Good recycling program.
3. IT-Computer staff very helpful try to solve the WiFi problems.
4. Many lift available do not need to wait.
5. Hotel provided Kettle and Thermos.
Bad points:
1. Breakfast close at 10am, 955am the staffs clearing the foods high efficiency at 955am, even there are 10 over customers inside.
2. Air-con inside the room only blowing air, not cooling at all.
3. My room WiFi cannot be connect.
4. One time use bathtub cover need to pay 10RMB.
