Hotel lobby run down and no air conditioning. Anyone can smoke in the lobby. Room was okay, not many options on breakfast.

I arrived late, but the front desk handled check-in very efficiently. However, there was no proactive room upgrade, despite some reviews mentioning complimentary upgrades.
The hotel appears to be co-located with an apartment complex, with three elevators on the left accessible for guests.
The room was spacious but lacked soundproofing; I could clearly hear conversations and running water from the adjacent room.
Breakfast was the most disappointing aspect. The variety was extremely limited, and there wasn't even a proper coffee machine, only instant 3-in-1 packets. While local noodles were supposed to be a specialty, they were already gone when I arrived a bit later.
The location was good, and the service was decent. However, they did call and text requesting reviews.

Great hotel, wonderful views and friendly staff. Has coffee shop below. Across the river from city, so very quiet location with no traffic noise. Bonus points for washing machine in room, lovely bath and simply beautiful room with high quality slippers.

Although the hotel is a bit far from the walking street, the room is very spacious and comfortable. It offers a beautiful view in front of the hotel. However, the breakfast could use more variety, and the staff should refrain from taking food while guests are still eating.

My Wife and I have stayed at this hotel 2 times. The price is very resonable for what you get. The room is spacious, of a high standard and has a washing machine. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Xiao Li, a manager on the reception desk. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Also the room cleaning staff were very helpful. The river view from our room was manificent, especially at night, when the fabulous City Illuminations made Las Vegas look like a poor relation. We will book here again if we reurn to Changsha.

Amazing hotel with a beautiful view. In a quiet area with restaurants close by. The staff was really helpful, especially Lee. He helped us and adviced us on how to get around the city.
I definitely recommend this hotel!
