在商業樓裏面，誰都能上去，房型奇葩，有窗跟沒窗一樣，還相差100塊，空調開了像沒開一樣不製冷，外面路過的的人的聲音都聽的一清二楚，隔壁房間一洗澡，就能聽到隔壁洗澡的聲音跟那個奇葩的沐浴音樂，隔音巨差，都2024年了，還有電視還不能投屏的酒店，啥都看不了

房間衞生間洗手盆漏水（洗手間忘拍照）、洗臉毛巾沒有洗乾淨，因為影響不大也就沒要求換房，但感覺就是有點臟。而且房間沒有配置茶葉包和咖啡，詢問是之前長沙市因為疫情而取消配置，但疫情已取消多久了？這麼多人來長沙旅遊，這種理由根本不成立，不過以後不住“麗楓”也就算了

酒店在國金附近800左右，交通超級便利酒店樓層高視野好，樓下有小電動附近也有地鐵站也是800米房間是按鍵的長者小孩都會使用房間Wi-Fi和信號也很強不錯，房間乾淨衞生床墊舒適，還有洗衣房送洗服務，很暖心，前台服務態度很不錯貼心貼心，還有離店小禮品，眼罩盲盒，護手霜，下次還會來入住～

酒店位於商業大廈29-31樓，入住31樓，電梯沒有設拍房卡都可以直接到達，不是入住都可以抵達酒店，安全性一般。房間隔音太差了，在我旁邊房間的客人晚上11：00左右開始聊天一直到凌晨2點多都不停止，大聲說又大聲笑嘈得根本沒法入睡，最後只能電話客服投訴，客服中心是AI接听，最後等了差不多十分鐘才收少聲音。房間內部有點奇怪，中間有一大柱子擋著窗玻璃，住著不舒服。退房的時侯再跟前台說了一次隔音問題，她們有道歉，還送我一份小禮物。麗楓酒店沐浴露，洗髮水，護髮素非常好用。

離51大概要走個20到30分鐘的路…這家停車場出去比較混亂，停車場不是自己而是物業的…我們出去的時候酒店和物業為了付了多少錢搞了很久…把我們也拖着…這點差評…還好這次出去大多都用走的或者公交否則每次出去都有的搞了…其他還可以…前台小姐姐也不錯…對了他家也是辦公樓公用的…

• 位置優越，出行便捷：酒店位置超讚，就在地鐵站附近，坐幾站就能直達五一廣場、嶽麓山這些熱門景點，省下不少打車錢和時間，想去哪玩抬腳就走，對遊客太友好了。周邊還有各種美食店和便利店，走幾步就能買到吃的喝的，超方便。
• 環境舒適，氛圍宜人：一走進大堂，熟悉的薰衣草香就撲面而來，瞬間感覺旅途的疲憊都消散了，裝修簡約又不失格調，暖黃色的燈光讓人心裏暖乎乎的，特別放鬆。房間裡佈置得很温馨，採光特別好，白天陽光灑進來，整個屋子亮堂堂的，晚上把窗簾一拉，又特別安靜，睡了個好覺。
• 設施齊全，品質在線：房間裏的設施很齊全，床又軟又舒服，床品是純棉的，親膚透氣，晚上睡覺特別踏實。衞生間乾濕分離，淋浴區的恆温花灑出水很均勻，洗澡超舒服，還有智能馬桶，體驗感拉滿。房間裏的智能設備也很方便，燈光、窗簾、空調都能一鍵操控，太適合我這種懶人了。
• 服務貼心，超有温度：前台的工作人員態度特別好，辦理入住很快，還熱情地給我推薦了周邊好玩的地方和好吃的美食，離店的時候還提醒我帶好東西，超貼心。入住期間還幫忙免費打印了文件，真的太感謝了。打掃房間的阿姨也很細緻，每天都把房間收拾得乾乾淨淨，還會貼心地補充好洗漱用品。
這次在長沙麗楓酒店的住宿體驗真的讓我特別滿意，性價比超高，如果大家去長沙旅遊或者出差，強烈推薦這家酒店！
