這次來長沙開會，主要是離高鐵和會展中心都很近所以選的這家酒店，酒店的早餐比較豐盛，酒店員工訓練有素，特別是客房阿姨，遇見都會主動打招呼，最重要的是我的刮鬍刀被打掃客房的阿姨主動清理的很乾凈，這是我住四五星級酒店以來第一次遇見的，太意外也太有心了，給這位客房阿姨點個贊，希望酒店也對她進行一些獎勵，好評！

陪小朋友來看蛋仔派對比賽，考慮要靠近火車站和活動場地所以選擇了這家，確實很不錯。酒店離長沙南站走路七八分鐘，酒店也有接送服務，酒店離四號線平陽站走路七八分鐘，走路五分鐘就到吾悦廣場，地理位置很好，點贊👍剛開始安排的房間裏窗户玻璃裂了，通知了客房服務阿姨，不一會又來了一位小姐姐，忘記問名字了，記得她的房卡上有個可愛的草莓熊貼紙，其實我們本意就是告知玻璃壞了，換不換房無所謂，但是小姐姐還是堅持給我們換了房間，並贈送了果盤，果盤裡的蘋果桃子杏子都好好吃，酒店對突發事件反應非常及時。房間能看到火車站火車進出，小朋友大朋友表示很滿意，繼續點贊👍酒店電梯裏的空調冷氣超足繼續點贊👍洗衣房有七台洗衣機+一台小童洗衣機，很貼心，七台洗衣機都帶烘乾功能，還有大露台可以曬衣服，有超多衣架，晾曬非常方便，而且進洗衣房必須刷房卡，這幾點繼續點贊👍早餐中規中矩，補充食物及收拾餐盤非常及時繼續點贊👍如果一定要提意見，就建議在洗衣房加個友情提醒，提醒客人洗衣後及時取走衣物，入住第一天去洗衣服，七個洗衣機一個在洗六個未洗，但是六個洗衣機裡衣服都未取，前台表示不方便取走客人衣物，我等了十分鐘都沒人來取，我就衹能把人家的衣物取出後洗，所以這個建議和酒店服務無關，和個人素質有關，但是酒店可以做個提醒。總之下次再來長沙，還是會選擇這裏入住👍

在長沙最後一天選擇了這個酒店，原因一是離高鐵站近，二是有長沙南高鐵接送服務，三是開業時間不久，入住後感到很驚喜，設施新，隔音好，有機器人送物品服務，電視可以投屏，更驚喜的是早餐非常豐盛，超預期，強烈推薦給有高鐵出行需求的朋友。

酒店前台的服務挺好的，大堂有點吵哄哄的，房間還配置了杯子消毒的設備這一點不錯，但是床頭充電比較不友好，衹有一個電源插座插了電話機，電話機自帶的充電線又比較短，想要一邊充電一邊看手機就不方便了，洗手枱的水壓很小用着不舒服，閑來沒事看了一下房間的消防面罩，結果過期了😂

為了趕第二天的火車就訂了這家火車站旁邊的酒店，除了離市區比較遠，其他都還行，地鐵口出來一下子步行六分鐘就到了。
前台服務還比較熱情，設施還是比較新的，親子房床比較大，房間裏有小帳篷和積木桌，孩子玩得很開心，床品也很舒服，睡得很好。
早餐中規中矩，有孩子喜歡的小蛋糕。
洗衣房是洗烘一體，烘衣服比較久，第二天早上有點來不及，房間裏沒有臟衣籃和袋子，有點不方便。
最重要的就是商務車接送，司機很熱情，雖然離火車站沒有幾步路，但是還是很方便。如果以後趕火車會優先考慮這家酒店。

the room is very spacious and clean, but the toilet is so see-through that we could practically see the entire person showering...
other than that pretty much satisfied with this hotel, they provided free station transfer direct from their doorstep, very convenient

Overall excellent stay in the hotel. There was a lot of choice for breakfast.
However the washing machine did not dry clothes efficiently.
