Changsha Kaifu District Hotels

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, situated just minutes from exit 8 with direct underground access to the metro station. Surrounding the hotel, you'll find a vibrant array of shops, eateries, and restaurants, offering plenty of options right at your doorstep. I stayed for two nights and appreciated the unique setup of the lobby, located on the 7th floor. The front desk staff 叶子 were exceptionally helpful, ensuring a seamless check-in experience. My room was impressively spacious, featuring stunning city views that added to the overall ambiance. A thoughtful touch was the toilet bowl's washing features; however, the absence of AI assistance in the room was a slight drawback. Breakfast was satisfactory, providing an acceptable start to the day

This time I came to Changsha and stayed in this hotel which exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, the room was changed for each guest, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the smart devices were voice and manual, the front desk brother Xiaozhe and sister Xiaomeng provided very good service and enthusiasm, and also introduced the hotel check-in instructions and recommended the surrounding food. The breakfast was rich in variety, with a reasonable combination of Chinese and Western food, and the taste was good. The hotel also had a strong sense of design, all in wood and stone style, with a good location and convenient travel. I will choose to stay here next time

My second time staying here. Loved the service, cleanliness and location. The housekeeping team noticed that we loved their tea bags and left us a note to inform that they are giving us more of the teabags. Was also sick during the trip and they probably noticed that I downed many bottles of mineral water + meds on the table. They gave me more bottles of water than usual during their housekeeping duties. Love their attention to details and truly enjoyed my stay there! Scenery from the room was perfect as well.

Book a review view the view was exceptional. The breakfast was lacklustre and just not up to standard. The room was decent and cleaning could be better. As well as general Maintenance of the room. The daily housekeeping was none existent. All that was done was bed somewhat neatened and towels refreshed and water provided. No cleaning of anything else was done which was highly disappointing for a 4star hotel. We also kept on running out of toilet paper. Requesting amenities on xiaodu was pointless cause they never arrived.

I have stayed in so many hotels, but this one is very comfortable. The supplies in the room are very comfortable. The breakfast tastes very good. The rice noodles are delicious. It is a Changsha specialty. There is also porridge in the evening, which is very heartwarming. The hardware facilities are well maintained and convenient to use. The staff are very enthusiastic.

This hotel’s service is exceptional. We got free coffee daily. To avoid the heat of Changsa, we used the hotel’s lobby for food delivery and eat at the long table over there. The staffs are young and super friendly and very supportive. Room decoration and facilities are modern and high tech. Highly recommend.

The hotel is strategically located in the scenic area along the river in Changsha, very close to Orange Island, Yuelu Mountain and the city center. The hotel front desk service attitude is warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. The hotel's security measures are very well done, the facilities and equipment are updated in a timely manner, the rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi, the floor-to-ceiling windows in the rooms can see the entire Xiangjiang River, and the hotel's Chinese architectural style is unique. The check-in process is simple and fast, and the price is reasonable and transparent.

Love the stay at this boutique hotel in changsha. The design the room the location jus so cozy and relax. Definately will come back when visiting this city. Superb location. The reception Jojo and her team are so helpful and made is ice-cream and coffee to. Lovely incense too.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was nicely designed and in a densely populated area which made travelling and finding places to eat at very smooth sailing. The room was spacious, including a lounge area and had a big bathtub with a beautiful city view of the colourful skyscrapers which lit up at night. Wish we had a longer time in the area as we would have loved to stay for longer. Would highly recommend.

The price/performance ratio is really high. The lady at the front desk is very patient and very satisfied with everything. The bed in the room is very comfortable and very suitable for resting. The hotel's waiters have a very good attitude and make people feel very friendly. It is very convenient to Juzizhou Wuyi Square, just a short subway ride away. Recommended
