I love this hotel. From location, service, amenities, cleanliness and comfort. However, if I have to nitpick, I can't appreciate the colour choice of the bathroom and one of the rooms I booked - it's too dark to my liking. The ventilator also didn't seem to work or too weak. Hotel provides free flow of coffee 24/7 but you need to place your order via Wechat or at the front desk and they will bring it to your room. While it is convenient for guests, I think it will be tiring for the staff. Perhaps can consider placing a self serve coffee machine somewhere. They also provide free laundry service which is awesome. The hotel is located on level 5 of an old building. The building lobby at level 1 and the elevators are pretty old and dirty. There is also a sex toy(?) shop and a snooker place there so the surrounding is not the best. Having said that, as long as the price remains competitive, I'd pick this hotel again if I ever visit Changsha again next time.

The location of the hotel was great with plenty of food options and shopping! The hotel was difficult to find as it is part of a building. You would need to take the elevator up to check-in at reception before you go to a different floor to find your room. It feels more like student accommodation/hostel during this process rather than a hotel. The loft itself was big and spacious but it was clear that there were some areas and details that required improvement but it was a great hotel for the price you pay. The staff were great help and were quick to reply on WeChat if you required any help. Overall, it was a good and spacious hotel!

Generally positive vibes for this place and booked it because it ranked high on being one of the top instagrammable places. But felt a little overdone in terms of the deco and smoking is permitted. Some rooms are good for families and some are not so better get the staff to check out the rooms with you first. They are friendly and warm so do ask! There’s a huge giraffe in each room which takes up some space and the lighting control can be better. Breakfast variety was ok but taste wise is great. Overall good experience but will only stay once~
