"This stay truly exceeded my expectations. The location is absolutely perfect, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The room itself was spacious and bright, with elegant and tasteful decor that created a wonderful atmosphere. It was spotlessly clean, and all the amenities were neatly arranged. Even the toiletries were of good quality. It was very quiet at night, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I had a really peaceful rest. The staff were friendly and approachable, providing attentive and efficient service. Overall, the value for money was outstanding, and the living experience felt warm and comfortable. It's ideal for both vacations and short stays. I've already silently added it to my list of places to rebook – highly recommended!"

🔹Exceptional Butler Service: The 24-hour butler service was incredibly responsive, meticulous, and thoughtful. From guiding me through check-in to handling requests, they were proactive and enthusiastic, paying attention to every detail, which made me feel incredibly welcome.
🔹Rich and Delicious Breakfast: The semi-buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, blending Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly prepared Changsha rice noodles and the semi-buffet items were authentic and fresh, satisfying my taste buds completely.
🔹Wonderful Late-Night Dessert: The surprising late-night sweet soup was delicately sweet and comforting with an excellent texture. Enjoying it late at night was particularly warming and soothing, adding a great touch to the ambiance.
The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, and both the service and dining are impeccable. It's an excellent choice for a vacation in Changsha; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

GGuest UserMy way of unwinding after being exhausted from overtime is to spend money on a hotel and take a fragrant, comfortable bath. I spent quite some time choosing and booking this hotel on Ctrip, and overall, my stay was very pleasant.
First, the positives: The hotel has many exquisite touches, like the cleverly designed room key, a fragrant bubble bath, and responsive service (I personally found the female butlers' service to be better and more attentive than the male butlers, haha, all the women I met were exceptionally good). The pear tea delivered late at night was very comforting, and I really enjoyed the spicy strips and dried fish in the mini-bar. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the room and hotel design were beautiful. The beef noodle soup at breakfast was exceptionally delicious (even as a Hunan native, I'd rave about this beef brisket noodle soup!), the pancakes were visually appealing and authentic, and the coffee tasted better than most branded hotels. Eating breakfast and working in the lobby bar felt very spacious and elegant; there weren't many guests, offering a great sense of personal space and comfort.
Now for the minor drawbacks: there was still a slight residual smell from renovation in the room, and the public areas were a bit small overall, lacking a pool or gym. If you're looking for a resort feel, the amenities might be a bit limited.
However, overall, it was still excellent, and I hope it continues to improve.

GGuest UserI extended my stay for three more days. On the first day, the room wasn't cleaned, so I went to the front desk. They immediately arranged for it to be cleaned, and the subsequent service was excellent. They even gave me complimentary breakfast and a departure gift. This was my first time staying at an Orange Crystal Hotel, and I found the room facilities to be quite smart. We stayed in a family room, and the extra bed was a sofa bed, which wasn't ideal, but thankfully the mattress was comfortable.
They also provided welcome fruit and a departure gift. A big thank you to the lovely ladies at the front desk. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would choose to stay here again.

GGuest UserGreat value for money! It's super close to Wuyi Square. The afternoon tea and cocktails are absolutely delicious, and the complimentary late-night congee is a lovely touch. I was especially happy that the front desk lady even helped me pick up my takeout. I'll definitely be back next time I visit Changsha. The hygiene is exceptional, everything is spotless, the bed is perfectly made, and the duvet cover is pristine. The environment is really nice, it looks like it's just been renovated, and the facilities are excellent. Plus, it's very close to the subway station. Highly recommend staying here!

GGuest UserThe room design is very innovative, and I booked it specifically for its sci-fi theme. I particularly loved the blue background. The separate toilet and shower room were also excellent. The service staff were gentle and patient. The entire place was very clean, and they even helped me arrange a late check-out during the May Day holiday. Breakfast was also plentiful, and you could customize your rice noodles with various vegetables. There were even blanched greens available! This is better than what other five-star hotels offer!

The staff provided service with a smile. I must give a huge shout-out to the omelette at breakfast – as a seasoned omelette connoisseur who's tasted countless ones, this one gets a solid thumbs-up! It was soft, tender, not greasy, and the cheese was wonderfully fragrant and stringy. The yogurt bar was excellent, with my favorite Greek yogurt and chia seed yogurt available. Honestly, it offers much better value for money than the Park Hyatt I stayed at last time.

GGuest UserMy stay at Grand Hyatt Changsha truly exceeded my expectations! The location is absolutely perfect; right downstairs, you'll find Wenheyou and Pozi Street, making dining, drinking, and shopping incredibly convenient. From my room, I could see both Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain, and the high-altitude river view was breathtaking. Taking a bath while enjoying the night view from the tub was pure bliss. The freshly made rice noodles for breakfast were incredibly authentic, and the roast duck and chopped chili fish head at Xiangjiang 36 are definitely worth a special trip. The amenities, like Balmain toiletries and a Dyson hairdryer, showed great attention to detail. The service was also very thoughtful; I didn't have to worry about a thing throughout my stay. The front desk and concierge service were excellent; everyone was smiling, enthusiastic, and professional, making me feel truly at home. If you're coming to Changsha, this is the only place you need to stay. I'll definitely be back!

DDaodaodemamaThis hotel really lives up to its nickname of 'high-altitude All Seasons.' The facilities are basic and the decor feels very perfunctory. They just put two mattresses on the floor and called it a bed – there isn't even a proper bed frame. The bathroom is equally shoddy, using the cheapest possible door. The overall minimalist style isn't bad, but the materials used are just terrible. As a hotel brand member, I got an upgraded room. When I checked in, I noticed the sink was clogged. They sent someone to fix it right away, but they pulled out a lot of hair, which was disgusting. I reported it to the hotel, but got no response. Trip.com compensated me with some points. My final advice: spend a bit more and stay at the Park Hyatt; it's newer.

Perched on the 38th to 50th floors, the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by the striking giant 'orange tree' and the incredibly high ceilings. The fusion of Eastern aesthetics and modern luxury was absolutely exquisite.
The most delightful surprise was undoubtedly the room's panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, which practically covered an entire wall. Opening them revealed a breathtaking vista of the Xiang River, Orange Isle, and the distant Yuelu Mountain, truly offering a 'mountains, water, island, city' visual feast all in one frame. Especially at night, gazing at the glittering cityscape and the shimmering river outside the window was incredibly relaxing.
Every detail showcased thoughtful care. Not only did the room feature comfortable beds that could be combined and high-quality toiletries, but it also had a pleasant surprise: snacks from Cha Yan Yue Se, making you feel a strong sense of local culture and hospitality. The hotel is conveniently located right above Bisha Lake Subway Station, making it incredibly easy to get to Wuyi Square, Orange Isle, and other central commercial areas and attractions. Whether it was the resort-like high-altitude infinity pool or the authentic Hunan rice noodles at the all-day dining restaurant, everything added to the enjoyment of my trip. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Changsha who is looking for a high-quality vacation experience. I will definitely be back!
