The hotel is amazing in everything, staff are so friendly and nice, they always want to serve you better, room was extremely nice, i liked the room setup so much, bath tube was so big as I’m 6.3 feet tall it was very comfortable to me, toilet base is operating using remote control and has very nice features, food was nice i was having bed and breakfast stay and breakfast was nice and I found halal food to eat, fruits they offer at the breakfast is so delicious, location and view is incredibly nice Overall great experience

The hotel is in a good location, not far from Taihu Lake and Dragon Dream in the city, and convenient for travel. There is Wuyue Plaza next to the hotel, and there is a supermarket and Starbucks coffee next to the snack street. The hotel lobby can directly connect to Wuyue, and the hotel also has robots to deliver food. Parking is free, the room is clean and tidy, the room is separated into dry and wet areas, and the staff Xiao Cai has a good service attitude. He also helped me to express the leftovers. I will patronize next time!

The hotel is nicely positioned at the seaside of TaiHu in Huzhou. We went there to enjoy the hot spring pools during the recent cold wave in Shanghai. In winter time you won’t find many restaurants nearby the hotel but the hotel restaurant is nice as well. The breakfast is okay but focusses on Chinese guests. Unfortunately some of the hot spring pools were closed during our stay but the remaining pools were nice and during the whole time the hotel wasn’t crowded, so we found enough pools for ourselves. It’s a good place for nice 1-2 nights stay.

We are a family of 3 who stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel has a penguin enclosure at its lobby and is a favourite for kids. There are also kids' train rides and car rides at the lobby. Our room had a good view of the old town and fireworks at night. But aside from these, the hotel does not match up to its title of a 5-star hotel. - There was no warm welcome or good service during our stay. - The curtains are not black-out curtains, so you will get woken up by the brightness outside at 5am. - The lifts and carpets at the corridor are often dirty and not cleaned well. Not just litter, but large chunks of dust. - Cleaning of our room the next day made it even more dirty. The cleaner just brings the dust of one room into another room. Highly suggest for the hotel to change the type of mop/ broom used. - The restaurant where we had breakfast does not provide fork and knife and said they do not have these cutlery when we requested for it. They only have chopsticks and porcelain spoons. This shows that they are not ready for international tourists.

Second time staying in the hotel and most problably the last time. We chose it for the bunk bed for kids and the location easiness to get to the waterpark and zoo. Best experience is that they gave us room even when we reached around 10AM, last time we had to wait for long time. Good selection of breakfast, especially if you like Chinese food, our family enjoyed it. Now not so good thing, had to ask the front desk to have our bed made even after keeping the sign on for clean up the room and coming back to the room during evening time. Cleaning staff said had to call front desk to change the used cups after drinking coffee she cannot change it. Overall Ok experience.

The only small flaw was that I bought a shuttle bus ticket, and it was raining and windy when I went out, so I decided to drive to the zoo. Excellent location! Happy World Hotel has two buildings. From the direction of the African migration landscape in the middle of the lobby entrance, the Dolphin Building is on the left and the Penguin Building is on the right. The Ice and Snow World is on the left side of the Dolphin Building, a 5-minute walk away; the International Circus and Animal World are on the right side of the Penguin Building, a 7-8-minute walk away (passing the food street in between). Across the road from the Happy World Hotel is Water World. Standing on the balcony of the hotel, you can see the Taihu Ancient Town about three kilometers away, and you can watch the high-altitude fireworks in the room at night. This distance is especially friendly for traveling with children. When you are tired of playing, you can go back to the hotel to sleep and rest. 2. The service butler (**, WeChat name Huahua) is very good, enthusiastic, professional and attentive. We immediately upgraded to a deluxe family suite. Second, no matter how late it is, reply to messages immediately and solve the problem. To be honest, it calmed my anger to some extent due to other bad conditions in the hotel. 3. It is not the kind of cheap housing veneer material used in pure business hotels. It should have been good ten years ago. But the sofa, although simple, is full of home style. 2. The room size is the most complained point online, but because I was upgraded to a two-bedroom, one-living room family deluxe suite, I didn’t have any discomfort with the space. On the contrary, my elders said that the layout of this suite is very comfortable. 3. There is a bathtub in the bathroom of the suite, but I am not sure about other rooms. 4. Regarding breakfast, I didn’t eat it, so I can’t comment on it. My husband took the child there and said that the child didn’t eat much, so it was probably not very tasty. 5. In the Dolphin Building, the suites are below the 10th floor. If you want to live on a high floor, you can choose a king-size bed or twin beds. Finally, some complaints! 1. About noise. Why didn’t I go to have breakfast? Because the noise from the air conditioner outdoor unit was too loud and I couldn’t sleep the whole night. For the sound sensitive, lightning protection family suite. I didn't stay in other room types, so I won't comment on them. 2. About hot water. At one point I suspected that there was no hot water in the room. It took a long time before hot water came, not until all four faucets were turned on. It’s okay if you have time at night, but if you’re in a hurry in the morning, you can only use cold water. 3. About supporting facilities. The suite has two bedrooms and a living room. Normally, this room type would be chosen by those who come to visit with their parents or family. However, the suite is by default equipped with supplies for two people and two children. What's even worse is that we booked a package that included a hotel and attractions, but the tickets and breakfast that came with the room were only for 2 people! ! ! This is a bit unreasonable. I paid for a suite and got a king-size bed or standard room. If I book two double beds separately, wouldn't that mean I can also get 4 breakfasts and 4 tickets? Yeah, that's more cost-effective.

The hotel is very good. We upgraded to a room with a view directly. From the room we can see the iron flowers and fireworks in the ancient town. Nothing wrong with the hotel! Let's talk about the ancient town. The food in the ancient town is really a rip-off. There are no street shops in the whole Dragon Dream, so the only option close to it is Taihu Ancient Town. The fireworks are very beautiful, but the prices in the ancient town are too expensive (I am very dissatisfied. The meal in the picture is a set meal in the ancient town for 498). The fireworks were taken in the room, very beautiful and spectacular

☀️House: The room is very refreshing and clean. It is quieter after the door and windows are closed. There is an open lake in front of the large balcony, and you can get sunshine in the morning and afternoon☀️~ The sunshine is super good, and the indoor insulation is good. ☀️Service: Ms. Zhang at the front desk during check-in has a very good attitude, patient and serious. She came to deal with it immediately after the smart toilet ran out of power~ (needs to turn on the lights to synchronize). Every time I see Ms. Zhang, she has a smile on her face and is very warm. ☀️Food: The soy milk for breakfast is thick enough, and there is porridge, which makes you feel full. The vegetables are basically plain and spicy. I have to like this👍. There is a supermarket and a canteen in the surrounding Building 3 where you can eat at 11:30 noon. As a vegetarian, I was able to enjoy two meals of freshly fried hot dishes (no spicy food), and the black rice was very badly cooked. ☀️Laundry room: It is also a very important part for travelers. Sufficient time needs to be reserved for drying. ☀️Very close to Moon Bay, about 10 minutes drive. It’s convenient to call a taxi.
