Outstanding front operation service provided and most importantly their hospitality were top notch. In addition to this, complementary breakfast and evening snacks has given in time which were delicious. On top of that, room amenities were elegant and nicely decorated. Apart from this they have breathtaking views at the balcony which I thoroughly enjoyed. Last but not least, it would be nicer if they would have provided air fresheners at room; however, that wasn’t the major issue. Completely recommend.

The moment I entered the room, I felt that I was taken seriously. The room was very clean and tidy. I looked around every corner, including the toilet, and there was no odor. If there were any problems during the stay, I contacted Manager Luo Qian on WeChat, and she responded in time. Even if she was resting on the second day of her stay, she would reply to the message as soon as possible and properly solve the needs. She was very responsible and gave a big thumbs up! 👍The hotel's children's playground and swimming pool are very large, as well as cinemas, table tennis and other health and entertainment. After staying for two nights, the children didn't want to leave! A hotel that is highly recommended in all aspects. Come again for big family activities next time!

It is about 100 meters away from the east gate of Qingguo Lane, right in the scenic area, and convenient to go anywhere. Seeing that we were with our kids and dragging large luggage, we upgraded the room type for free and arranged it on the first floor, which was very heartwarming! The room was tidy and clean, the air conditioner was warm, the bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, the electric kettle was high-end, and the table lamp and telephone were antique. The disposable slippers were of better quality than those of ordinary star-rated hotels.

The location of the hotel is impeccable, only 5 minutes from the subway station, on the side of Qingguo Lane. The loft room is great, the kids can run up and down the stairs, there is a projection downstairs which is great for watching movies, and you can use the room card to upgrade your cup for free at the Starbucks next door, limited to one cup.

The overall environment of the hotel is very good, the room is large, and the room type is upgraded for free! The facilities are complete and the location is easy to find. There are supermarkets and pharmacies around. The whole house is smart, freeing your hands. Like it 👍

The Smile Natural serves a wonderful breakfast. The environment of the canteen is combined with western and Shanghai culture from the 19th Century to Now. You may find the traditional Western breakfast, such as grilled tomatoes with French bread and cafe, also with steamed belt fish , vegetables and Chinese dumplings. 管家小周 All fruits and salads are fresh with good quality. The chief is professional with making traditional dumplings ，that is good！ Especially at the entrance, the dessert are wonderful cover with mango and fruit toppings.

The light is very dark, especially the vanity mirror does not have a bright light, all are top light, it is particularly inconvenient to get up early to make up, the wet and dry separation is still very good, the sink, toilet, shower and bathtub are separated

Good value for money. Clean rooms. Spacious rooms. Didn’t get the breakfast because there are at least 3 or so coffee shops in the mall in the same complex, including Starbucks. Friendly staff that speaks English. A rarity still in many places in China. Overall recommend to stay in this new hotel.
