I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by every detail. From the spacious, immaculate room to the top-notch amenities, it exceeded all my expectations. Room & Amenities: 10/10 -Bathroom Perfection: Loved having both a deep soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower, ideal for relaxing after a long day. The private toilet area added extra convenience. -Luxury Touches: Plush bathrobes and premium toiletries made it feel like a true retreat. Practical Comforts: The iron and ironing board were a lifesaver for attire/wrinkled clothes. View & Ambience: Breathtaking river views from the window—especially magical at sunrise and night. Serene and quiet, Perfect for uninterrupted sleep. Breakfast: 10/10 Huge variety of both Western and Chinese options (fresh fruits, eggs, dim sum, noodles). Highlight:The fluffy, made-to-order pancakes were divine—some of the best I’ve had! Service & Cleanliness: Spotless throughout-housekeeping deserves applause. - Staff were attentive and friendly, always quick to assist. Final Verdict This hotel is a gem, whether for business, romance, or a solo getaway. The thoughtful design, gorgeous views, and delicious breakfast make it worth every penny. I’ll absolutely return and recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Tip: Request a high-floor room for the best river views!

A new hotel located 30 min ride away from the city centre. Beautiful location next to 西太湖。Went for a walk in the evening and it was a serene experience. Hotel breakfast spread is good and delicious. Waking up in the morning to the beautiful lake view. Breakfast and coffee at the restaurant with a beautiful sunrise over the lake. I could not ask for a better experience in this city.

This stay at the Changzhou Renaissance Hotel was great! First of all, special thanks to Gina at the front desk. When I mentioned that I had rhinitis, she immediately sent me an air purifier, which greatly improved my stay. Secondly, the room has a beautiful view, with lakes and scenery in sight. It's perfect. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Changzhou.

The candy parent-child room we booked was originally small, and the bathroom took up a large area. The room part was very small. Adding a round candy tent, the room seemed even more crowded. The room lacked a convenient table or basic desk, which was not very good. The bedding in the room was of poor quality and stuffy. In such a hot day in May, we were still using down quilts. The key was that the fabric of the bedding was stuffy and uncomfortable, which affected our sleep. In terms of the quality of hotel supplies, it was really average. The candy parent-child rooms are all on the 22nd and 23rd floors, the floors are not high, and the view is not very good. It is not recommended to book a parent-child room. Besides, the lake view outside the window, but the color of the lake is a bit gray and turbid. It doesn't look very good, and there are no other good facilities around. Even if you go to the lakeside, it is very ordinary and boring. I feel that it does not match the evaluation of Changzhou First Beautiful Hotel The hotel's entertainment facilities and children's facilities are complete. All guests staying in the hotel can enjoy 20 minutes of free use of billiards or table tennis. This is very convenient for guests. No extra money is spent. The environment of the entertainment facilities is quite good. The service of the Chinese restaurant on the first floor is good and the taste is also good. The environment of the breakfast restaurant is good and the taste is quite satisfactory. There are really many people on May 1st Labor Day, and the hotel business is quite good. This is my third time staying at the Renaissance Hotel. Since the first time, I have booked here regularly when I come to Changzhou. It is adjacent to the West Taihu Lake, with beautiful environment and fresh air. It is the most pleasant to stroll by the lake in my spare time.
