Outstanding front operation service provided and most importantly their hospitality were top notch. In addition to this, complementary breakfast and evening snacks has given in time which were delicious. On top of that, room amenities were elegant and nicely decorated. Apart from this they have breathtaking views at the balcony which I thoroughly enjoyed. Last but not least, it would be nicer if they would have provided air fresheners at room; however, that wasn’t the major issue. Completely recommend.

The facilities in the park are rich and varied, from safe soft climbing frames to interesting ocean ball pools, to interactive game areas that combine education with entertainment, and every corner is full of laughter. Moreover, the hygiene conditions of the park are also commendable. We had an incredible stay at this hotel! It has the most amazing location on Qingguo Alley, and simply walking through the hotel to your room is an experience in itself. The hotel is beautifully decorated in the traditional Chinese style, and the rooms are gorgeous and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Changzhou. Staff were really helpful and made check-in so simple. Also, staff were very proactive so that our stay would be as smooth and comfortable as possible.

The location of the hotel is impeccable, only 5 minutes from the subway station, on the side of Qingguo Lane. The loft room is great, the kids can run up and down the stairs, there is a projection downstairs which is great for watching movies, and you can use the room card to upgrade your cup for free at the Starbucks next door, limited to one cup.

The overall environment of the hotel is very good, the room is large, and the room type is upgraded for free! The facilities are complete and the location is easy to find. There are supermarkets and pharmacies around. The whole house is smart, freeing your hands. Like it 👍

Good value for money. Clean rooms. Spacious rooms. Didn’t get the breakfast because there are at least 3 or so coffee shops in the mall in the same complex, including Starbucks. Friendly staff that speaks English. A rarity still in many places in China. Overall recommend to stay in this new hotel.

The room facilities are complete and the room is clean and tidy. The air conditioning is not good and it is too cold. However, the lobby manager sent a heater at night and turned it on to keep warm all night. The next day, I was given a free late check-out until 14:00. It is very user-friendly. The front desk service from check-in to check-out is very good. I recommend this hotel.

Thirdly, the toiletries are reasonable, including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, foam hand soap, body lotion, care bag, shower cap, etc. The following are areas that can be improved. ① Strengthen hygiene: The bedding in the closet is yellowed and can be further cleaned. ② Check the room circuit regularly. There are some damages and no electricity on the sockets on both sides of the bed. ③ Breakfast can be further enriched, such as adding more drinks, such as coffee, milk, corn paste, etc. Eggs can be placed next to an omelette machine for guests to fry themselves. ④ The water output of the shower head above the head is a bit sparse, and the pore range can be increased. ⑤ Supplement toiletries, such as adding small soaps. ⑥ The price range can be further adjusted, or the room facilities can be further upgraded. The current room is 440 yuan, which is about the same as the standard room of just over 200 yuan. At this price, it should be equipped with voice intelligent control for the whole room, such as Xiaodu automatic switch of lights, TV, air conditioning control, curtains, etc. The current one is still a bit shabby compared to other hotels.
