We were traveling as a family and the lady at the front desk prepared washing supplies and breakfast coupons in advance. The whole experience is very good. We originally made a reservation for the nights of the 25th and 26th, but immediately decided to cancel the reservation for that night at 3 pm on the 26th. The reason can be summarized in one sentence: the female store manager has no awareness and attitude to solve the problem. She has to wait there for half an hour to change rooms. . The hotel management is very problematic and the hardware is useless! 1. The hand sanitizer machine in the room was replaced after checking in on the 25th. The hand sanitizer could not come out again that night. It was replaced again. It broke again on the morning of the 26th. It was replaced again... 2. The elderly wanted to watch TV. On the evening of the 25th, they told the waiter that the TV remote control was not working well. The waiter came to operate it and said that the screen would take two seconds to appear. On the morning of the 26th, he told the front desk that there was something wrong with the TV. He said that he wanted someone to check it out; when he returned to the hotel at around 2 pm on the 26th, the TV still couldn't be turned on. He asked the waiter to change two batteries, and it was fixed. The female store manager said: Our hotels are all smart, but smart things can cause problems... 2. There is no ironing machine in the room. I asked the front desk on the afternoon of the 25th and was told that there was one at the front desk and I could take the clothes off. So, I came back in the evening and took the clothes to the front desk. As a result, I couldn't find the water tank of the ironing machine. When I found it, I said it was dirty and was being cleaned. The female store manager said: You can go to Ctrip to see, our hotel does not provide ironing services... 4. The hotel breakfast for 1298 yuan per night is as shown in the picture. I told the waiter that this was too salty. The waiter was just like the store manager. She said: This is our braised food. We also have a side dish called pickles... (PS: Very salty dishes are called pickles? It’s the third day in Chaoshan. I ate a plate of braised food on the roadside and was so salty that I was speechless. A look of truth...) 5. At the end of the writing, when I wanted to check out, the female store manager asked if I wanted cash or WeChat? I didn’t think much about it at the time, I just felt a little strange and said: Go back the way you came. Later I learned that Ctrip has punitive measures. Everyone remembers that if you encounter such big stores bullying customers, you must go through the platform.

這次預訂得到了小夥伴們一致好評，滿意且有驚喜的體驗：設計感十足的同時各種設施和細節也很到位，有智能馬桶、電動窗簾、漱口水、膠囊咖啡、功夫茶（茶葉很不錯）、新鮮綠豆餅；前台熱情周到，貼心管家式服務，提前開好房間空調，歡迎水果是甘草水果很新鮮可口，還有接駁車送我們出古城，早餐是套餐式很有當地特色，餐廳是鵝肉餐廳味道驚艷；值得一提的是一樓的茶室和服裝店很有品味和質感，美女妹子給我們泡茶喝、買了老香黃、茶具、衣服收穫滿滿，下次還會選擇這家酒店。

地裏位置不錯，出門就是牌坊，酒店服務員態度非常好，還送我們去廣濟橋。唯一不足就是1700多的房間使用的東西比較低配，吹風機很瓦塔，像100—200住宿配的吹風機，洗漱用品也很差勁，洗手液也很瞥，説句實話不值1700多的房間。

酒店就坐落在牌坊街的“狀元坊”旁，地理位置非常優越，去各個景點都很方便，步行可達，正逢下雨，酒店出入有電車接送。環境佈置看得出是經過精心設計的，一步一景，牆上的掛飾也非常有創意。所有的服務人員都熱情周到，有賓至如歸的感覺，每天都有水果和茶點贈送，房間的鮮花也會更換，細節做得很到位。一樓的獅頭鵝非常好吃，值得品嚐，還會來住的！

百年老牌豪華酒店，離牌坊街狀元牌樓咫尺之遙，離古城牆，永濟樓十分鐘的路程，滿滿的民國風。早餐很精緻，味道沒得説，數量不多剛剛好。每個員工都洋溢着熱情的笑容，貼心周到的服務，舒適優雅的環境，是潮州酒店的不二之選。

地理位置超好，就在牌坊街旁，鬧中取靜。房間不錯，夠大，兩張雙人床可以住得下兩大兩小。送的水果和點心好吃，早餐要特別贊一下，味道好份量足，阿姨還特別熱情地介紹美食，吃完就問要不要再加。房間有膠囊咖啡。但洗手間設計不太好：一是沒有門，馬桶和淋浴間還共用一個門，私密性差。二是花灑高度很尷尬，不可調節。三是淋浴間防水不好，很容易漏水到外面，還滑。
