The front desk clerk was very nice. The room was dusty. The king sized bed was so soft. Woke up with a backache. Usual breakfast.

Clean room. Good breakfast. Had to take your used towels down to front desk and pick up clean ones. Nice pool & hot tub. TV/cable hard to navigate menu & change channels. Fire place not working but knew that before booking room & it’s 85 degrees out, we didn’t care. 🙂 Good location for visiting Charlevoix, Boyne City, Petoskey MI. Called prior to arrival to change room to first floor & I believe her name was Renee, got that done for us. She was one of the nicest staff person I’ve talked to!👍 We definitely would stay @ this location again.

Property was not well kept, carpet was dirty and frayed in spots, for the price, would have expected much much better. Would not stay there again.

The service at the front desk was very good. The room smelled, and had pet hair on the bed. They moved us to another room, minus the pet hair. Water temp and pressure pretty bad.

Check in was good, very friendly. Room is very nice, clean. Shower head needs to be changed, not a great shower. Breakfeast was not very good. Overall we would stay there again.

Upon arrival we were informed the pool was closed for repair. Also, there is NO elevator, so be prepared to hump all your belongings up and down the stairs. Carpeting is way past do for replacement with lots of staining. Bed was comfortable but sheets, although clean, had noticeable stains - like old lipstick or nail polish? Poor lighting in rooms. Bathroom small and light was missing the fixture and wiring was exposed.

Very disappointed. Stayed three days. Never came to our room. I had to go to the front desk to get towels, soap. Each day returned all wet towels to front desk. Never made a bed, picked up garbage. Never heard a vacuum cleaner even when they were cleaning a room. In addition the pool and hot tub were broken. Said they were remodeling however was no evidence of any workers. Offered no compensation

Snack machines took 20$ off my credit card and I didn’t get drinks. Next room over had screaming (not just crying) children till 3-4 am. No one did anything about it.

I reserved and prepaid months ago. When I arrived I learned that all king rooms (which I had reserved) were on the 2nd floor with no elevator. We were unable to move to a 1st floor room because the property was sold out on a few of the 5 nights of our stay. Also the pool was out of service. Was not an issue for us because our days were full of activities.
