Room decor charming but furniture worn - needs a little updating. Beds comfortable and breakfast decent. Located close to the central square of the old city hence close proximity to shopping & restaurants. Staff polite and friendly. A very pleasant accommodation.

Very considerate

Great place in the old Medina, two minutes walk from Uta al-Hammam square and the Kasbah fortress. The hotel itself is small but comfortable with clean, colorful rooms. Breakfast is simple, but hearty (omelette, flatbreads, vegetables). Friendly staff. The booking confirmation stated that check-in was strictly until 16:00, but the receptionist was surprised and said that you can arrive at any time. There is a terrace on the roof, but food is served not there, but in the basement. You can come and sit with your food overlooking the city.

The room is comfortable and exquisite, and the typical blue decoration of Chefchaouen is outside the door, like a fairy tale world. Very close to the central square of the old city, with many restaurants and souvenir shops. The clerks are a few handsome young men, very polite, warm and considerate.

Truly a bad hotel. The doors didn't close so I didn't feel safe at all. I indicated this and they said there was nothing available while the room next to me was empty for my entire stay. The door wasn't fixed so I literally slept with the door open. I have never felt so unsafe.
