給我們開的房裡面有人，知道那種沖擊感嗎，有人入住還繼續開給別人，我們下午兩點退房，一點就有人使勁敲門，説了我們兩點退房，但一直要看我們訂單，你們酒店的系統真的有用嗎，有人住也不曉得，客人的退房時間也不曉得。
