停車方便，樓下散步跑步空間巨大，很清凈，因為是國家乒乓球訓練基地，閑雜人等根本進不來。
就是吃早飯要走500米才有，沒有車生活不便。
住宿條件還行，常年出差也習慣。門的隔音是個問題，有提升空間。

地方特別不好找，酒店沒有門臉和標識。房間佈局特別差，衞生不太好，臟兮兮的。根本不是酒店，就是運動員宿舍而已，體驗感特別差，實話建議大家不要登記入住！

很清靜的地方，喜歡安靜的朋友可以前往，停車特別方便。洗衣機、冰箱都是標配。服務員人也特別熱情，還主動升級了房型。

房間當時做了升級，這邊的環境挺好的，感覺有點鬧中取靜的意思，畢竟成都這邊能找到這麼清幽的民宿也是挺意外的，我老婆睡眠太淺了，出來玩難得睡了個好覺。對了，房間挺乾淨的，前台的服務很熱情。可以免費停車，還挺方便的。
